I am so grateful for Mike’s professionalism and kindness. He picked up my 77 year old mom and drove her 2 hours to the airport, communicated with me ahead and throughout the drive, and was so accommodating and prompt. Will definitely be using his business in the future!

I was leaving Okeechobee on March 6th in the morning for a flight in Orlando where I needed to be there for 10 am. I had a ride booked with Lyft the night before. Come morning time, the driver had cancelled and Lyft did not provide a new driver. I was left stranded. Was gonna miss my flight and have to pay a bunch of money to get new tickets to fly back two days later. So in a last ditch effort I googled “airport taxi service near me”. There was a few companies that popped up before I called A&Y and they all told me it was last minute and that I couldn’t get a ride, so I decided to try one more before totally losing hope. I called A&Y and the driver went above and beyond to come get us from our pickup location. We accidentally gave the wrong address a few times and our driver still came to get us after about 2-3 miscommunications on my part. If it were not for my driver and this company I would’ve missed my flight. I’m so very appreciative of the driver and the company. Absolutely stellar service. The driver was friendly and helpful. I live 100 miles away from Miami international airport and I needed a driver for round trip twice a month that would be there when I arrived. Mike has never let me down after 6 years of his car service. I highly recommend him.
