Highly recommend having any event at ACC Event Hall!!! Ilanna and her husband our the best. I had my baby shower here this past weekend and they went above and beyond. The hall was amazing, all of my guest are still talking about how ilanna did such a great job decorating. All of her staff were super friendly and great to work with. I just want to thank them again for making my baby shower so special!!! Definitely would have another event here!!! ?

I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart on all you did for my daughter Kellies Quinceñera you went above and beyond and saved the day from a challenging situation. The event hall was absolutely Stunning so many admired the attention to detail. I am still amazed on how beautiful it turned out. You had all the connections I needed from photographer to the 360 and the great servers Thank you again. I will highly recommend you and your staff to everyone. We will definitely come back to you for all our family bookings.

ACC Event hall was the place to be for my 40th "and" fabulous party. This place was nothing short of amazingness for hosting my 40th birthday party. The decor was impeccable no detail was out of place. The staff and their service was excellent they served my guests all night and kept the surrounding areas clean. I would definitely recommend this venue and staff because you get value for your money.

This place was gorgeous! We booked this venue for my grandmothers 70th surprise birthday party. The decor was immaculate!!! Everything from the flower arrangements (all real flowers), balloons, seating and over all decor was fabulous! We loved every bit of it! 10/10 no complaints! Thank you for making this event go off so smoothly! She loved it

My daughter had a great time at her sweet sixteen party despite the hiccups. The host is pleasant, however she tends to leave things out and doesn't tell you until the last minute. I paid a lot of money and to be told the night before the even that I wouldn't have real plates and silverware is crazy. I added the candle ceremony, I was charged $150.00 and the letters for my daughter's name was not included (which is crazy), that was not told to me until 4 days before the event. Thank God they arrived on time. The host husband did not arrive at the event until 6:15 which the event started at 6pm, my daughter specifically asked for an usher to seat guest, there were no usher so our family ended up in the back and her friends in the front, which is NOT what my daughter wanted. When my son arrive at 5:45pm, the projector was not setup and the staff were still setting up. The host and her husband lack of communication really hindered my daughter's event, the host husband told my sister and I one thing and the day of the event what he promised was not there. A few days before the event my sister (a chef) came to see the kitchen, the kitchen was empty and plenty of space, however the day of the event there were plates and flowers all over the kitchen my sister didnt have anywhere to setup. If I rent out the hall there shouldn't be anything in the kitchen, especially in the kitchen where my sister is making the food, that is unsanitary. The host told my daughter she would have string lights all over, I only saw string lights in one section. My daughter kept telling the host she wants lights everywhere. My daughter also asked for flowers not alot, the day before the event she told me she didn't add flowers. The projector was basically in the middle of the dance floor and an eyesore. The projector needs to be installed in the ceiling and have Bluetooth connection, we are in the year 2022 there is no reason for a projector to be on the floor where people are dancing. The staff needs to be trained correctly, they didn't walk around and collect plates until the table was filled of empty plates. My sister had to ask the host husband to have them clear the tables since everyone finished eating. My sister (who is a professional chef) and I have done thousand of events we know how an event is suppose to look! The staff was midioker and the bartender was not a real bartender and didn't know how to make basic drinks. I would recommend the host write up a list of things that are NOT provided so everyone is on the same accordance. I would also recommend hiring someone who the host can communicate with more efficiently (not her husband) and who has more experience with event planning. To top off the night the staff were in the back arguing and cursing about who was going to clean up! My sister had to ask them to stop! I picked this location based off the reviews and the host, however the host did not live up to the reviews and I am disappointed.

I have to say Alyssa and her Staff out did themselves on my vision for my baby shower! I’m first time mommy to be , and I wanted something completely different for my baby shower. I gave her my inspo of a lumberjack theme for the holidays and perfect for a boy , and when I tell you I was speechless on how breathtaking this turnout was ! I’m sooo happy with how everything turned out ! She was amazing to work with and NEVER DISSAPOINTS ! I recommend anyone who wants to have their special day here ! She has amazing recommendations for djs and even bartending services! Everyone was sooo amazing and kind. I will definitely work again with her for future events
