THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN AND UNDER INVESTIGATION, THEY LIE AND PLAY GAMES WITH YOUR ORDER, THEY DELAY IT AS LONG AS THEY CAN, THEY LAUGH AT YOU RIGHT IN YOUR FACE THEY LIE AND SAY THEY NEVER RECEIVE PROPER DOCUMENTATION FROM THE DOCTOR THAN THEY SAY THEY RECEIVED IT BUT IT WAS NOT SIGND I WILL DO EVERYTHING IN MY POWER TO GET THOSE RESPONSIBLE FIRED AND POSSIBLY FILE A LAW SUIT. THESE ARE PEOPLE LIVES I HOPE AND PRAY YOU GUYS GET WHATS COMING TO YOU

Absolutely the worst ostomy suppliers I have had to deal with. I get told time and time again my daughters supplies are being shipped out and when it doesn't arrive on the day I am told I have to call and find out it still hasn't been shipped out. On other occasions I have been expecting a shipment and call to find out that a new prescription is needed or it was sent to the wrong address. I have had more shipments with issues than not. If you have any other options I highly recommend avoiding this supplier.

VERY UPSET!!!! June 10,2022, I ordered 12 boxes of 11202 barrier, ceraplus, flat skin gr - yesterday, when I got to the last 2 boxes I noticed several were #3761 which I couldn't use. When I called ABC Medical, Tan in Customer Service was very helpful. She sent an email to warehouse supervisor who said too late as I ordered in June. These 2 boxes were at the bottom - all other boxes were correct. this obviously is their mistake (6 were incorrect and unusable). I said I would send them back - but supervisor said too late. Very upset as this is their fault - not mine. I ended up calling their sister company and had to pay $78.00 for 2 boxes - that should have been sent by ABC Medical.

*Customer service sometimes very friendly and easy to deal with sometimes not.*Billing vague at best if there is an issue.*Products shipped in a timely manner but if there is an issue the pick upand return they are 0 for 2.*Customer service reps. knowledge of products sometimes spot on sometimes not.

We have been ordering ileostomy supplies for 3 years. ABC has always called us when our 90-day supply is due to be re-ordered. If we aren't home, they leave a message, as well as call us the next day. Always friendly and helpful, and orders are shipped promptly.

Sadly the few good employees are overshadowed by the incompetent and unwilling to be helpful bad ones. They refused to submit my order for an increase and made me contact both my insurance and doctor to initiate. No big deal, except that they then continued to try to get the lower RX from my doctors office causing mass confusion and then physically lost the prescription they went at got from the doctor. For reorders, the representative that I called and spoke with was again unwilling to even look up different products to help and just wanted the product number. Which I didn’t have since I had never received it and was calling supposed experts to help. All in all, massive delays and confusion consistently. The employees that were helpful were great and sent samples etc….but they wouldn’t have had to do that if not for the incompetence of the other employees.

Very difficult to work with! The orders are always wrong. They say they call and leave messages but they actually don't call. Use a different medical supply company unless you want constant frustration!

This is a horrible company I’ve never went through so many hoops just to get catheters. I keep calling and everyone gives me a different answer. It’s taking 4 weeks to get catheters and still going through loop holes. After I get my first order definitely going with another company. Very frustrating & poor customer services.

I visited the Hudson store after a phone call to see if they had the device I needed, very helpful on the phone and even more helpful when I arrived. Great customer service and a very knowledgeable staff as well. I would highly recommend them to my family and friends.

I worked here for almost 5 years and I was fired over not completing weekly paperwork. This company only cares about making money, not helping others. My manager (Matthew Walker) was gifted his job because our VP of sales owed him a favor. He made calls with me and I can tell you that he doesn’t deserve to be making six figures a year. The guy did absolutely nothing to enhance our sales or make his team better. It was like taking a cardboard box into accounts. He brought nothing to the table. I would choose 180 any day of the day week over this joke of a company.

Horrible customer service on the phone when you're trying to call and ask where your order is. I got a hold with someone named Kristina/christina but she is just not helpful at all and it sounds like she is chewing a gum while talking to me. After the conversation is over she just hung up without even saying thank you for calling or ask if theres anything else. She just gave me a reference number to the product I supposed to received last week but stated that the product not even ship yet but she can able to send a sample in coupleof days?? So why they can able to send samples but not ship my product itself??
