Unfortunately I have to give 1 star in order to write a review. This place would get 0 stars from me. I recently mailed a package and chose priority mailing in hopes it would get delivered sooner. I mailed it on Saturday at 12:30. I checked the tracking number on Saturday evening, Sunday and Monday throughout the day. The status of the package was “Awaiting Pickup”. Finally, Monday night the status changed to “Arrived at Post Office facility”.
This simply tells me that the package I sent priority and paid extra for sat at A1 Postal Services all weekend and was not picked up until Monday. It would have been nice if the clerk would have told me that the package would not even leave his store until Monday, but he didn’t. I would have taken it to the post office on Peacock had he told me.
This clerk that helped me has helped me in the past when I went there for mailing services. He is rude and lacks customer service skills. I don’t know why I would expect anything different from him. I watch how he assist others and wonder how the business survives. Yes, I have returned there after receiving such poor customer service, but A1 Postal Service will not get my business ever again.
If you are looking to mail a package through USPS your best bet is to go to the post office. You do not get the services you pay for at A1 Postal Services.

Bait-n-switch tactics being used. Signed up for 1 year Green Plan only to be charged for every pickup. The first 30 was supposed to free. In addition, if you have meds via mail Ipostal1 charges $6. The only payment method is by credit or debit card. No cash or checks are accepted. Poorly designed system that dips into your credit card without your consent or knowledge. I canceled my subscription after 4 months.

Terrible experience. The Owner/manager is rude and has absolutely no customer service skills. He basically did whatever he wanted to do in spite of my requests. We went there for passport pictures and they were not done to regulation. After going to the passport office and having the clerk explain all the changes that were needed, we returned to have the pictures redone. He took the picture of my 11 y/o daughter and then said he thought "we should go to Staples to have it done since the size was not correct." ( One of the things the clerk suggested was that the photo was a little small, but they were able to work with it) Even though I explained to him SEVERAL times that the clerk said they can work with the size of the picture and that I wanted to just use the retakes, he instead said no, he will refund my money and I should go to Staples. I explained again that I would like the prints and I did not want to go somewhere else. He did not listen to me at and proceeded to do what HE WANTED TO DO. I even said "I am the customer and I am ok with them." It didn't matter what I said he did EXACTLY what he wanted to do. He basically bullied his way through the situation. He is a man and the owner/manager and I had to just do whatever he said was going to happen. I literally said it several time, "it is ok I will take the new ones." Honestly I felt completely un heard and dismissed by this establishment. And this whole scene took place as my 11 y/o daughter watched me have to practically beg him to just give us the pictures because we needed to get home and I did not want to have to make another stop. Absolutely ridiculous.
I was referring to my daughter who is 11, not your daughter???? Furthermore when I took the first round of pictures YOU did not know the requirements for the picture. It was not until I went to the passport office that I was told what was needed. The reason you said you were not giving me the pictures had nothing to do with her hair, or what you stated in your response. You said that it was because it would be cut with the same device and it would still be small. Just take ownership for your lack of customer service and your rudeness. You did not even know what the passport picture regulations were, I had to tell YOU.

I took a dollar card in for a stamp and he was trying to sell
Me two stamps! This is the second time this guy tries to charge more for what my pkg is worth! It’s the last time I ever go in this place!!!

So, I didn't end up using their services...only because, as suspected, mailing my heavy items would have cost more than flying them to my destination as baggage. But, both staff members were extremely friendly and helpful, including fitting my items in the correct size box and helping us pack them, weigh it and figuring up the cost. I hate to waste anyone's time, so I'm taking a moment to give them 5 stars for exceptional customer service and professionalism!

I had a great experience mailing out a package here. I couldn't find the correct box size for the item I was shipping, so the man at the counter created a custom box just for it. It's also nice to be able to get pricing from UPS, Fedex, and USPS from one place! Would recommend.

Please find another place to go. Do not recommend this place at all. Was not open on time and when it finally did open I was told I would have to wait. If this was my business I would be in earlier and open on time and not be so rude and then watched another woman walk in and he waited on here. PLEASE READ OTHER POSTS AND DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

A great experience! Best little secret in Tradition Port St Lucie to get digital fingerprints done for many job applications. Please remember to make an appointment so that you are not waiting for an opening. They are very nice and stick to the schedule for fingerprining appointments. They ship and offer many other services. I found them to be very nice.

The guy in there is very rude and not friendly at all I’ve been there 3 times and each time the experience gotten worst I will never step foot back in there. The woman are nice just the guy has ruined it for me to ever go in that store again. I’d rather drive to Saint Lucie West to drop off stuff to the post office. If it was up to me I would not even give them 1 star
