A Advantage is such a great company with great agent's. I was great full enough to get assisted by an amazing agent by the name of Aliesha. She was VERY informative and her turn around time for the most reasonable quote was exceptional. She would be highly recommended regarding auto quotes because through my experience I felt the most comfortable going forward with her outstanding feedback.

Danielle D. Is the best human being!!! She was so straightforward and honest with us to take care of the matter at hand. She didn’t beat around the bush and just told us what was our best option. Honestly, she did all the legwork and just made it seem seamless. A Advantage is pretty lucky to have her as an agent. Stay away from this insurance agency! I started with them almost 8 years ago. They were excellent for all of my insurance needs! Evidently new owners took over 2 years ago. I started calling them 6 weeks prior to my auto insurance renewal date of 3/28/23 asking them to shop around for a better price quote. The attitude was you don't renew until 3/28. I was told someone would research and get back to me. Called a few times after that. My last call was around 3/20. I was told quotes would be emailed to me the next day and be followed up with a phone call. Here it is 4/4. I have NEVER heard from anyone at AAdvantage. Did I switch to another agency? You bet. I would never recommend AAdvantsge to anyone again!!! So sad that this good local agency was taken over by a company that is ruining what the owner of AAdvantsge worked so hard to build.
