I been in diferent 7-11 stores but this one it’s over the top in all customer services aspects, always have everything fresh and stocked at any time you show to shop. Melania knows what really customer service means and has trained her team well.

Every single time I go in here the employees are super nice. Everything is well stocked, tons of variety. Lots of signage letting you know what's on sale. The store is on a whole nother level than any other 7-Eleven I've ever seen, ever!

The place is right next to the rich community so after the hurricane the other gas stations had line out the road but this place was not busy and had gas. I'm guessing the rich people didn't lose power like the poorer areas so they didn't have lines for gas. I always tell people when there's shortages in the poorer areas just go to the rich areas and usually they have it. Same when Covid happened and toilet paper was out. Not in the rich areas.

I stopped at the store on Crosstown Parkway on Wednesday! The store manager Melanie was so attentive to my needs! She was so sweet and kind! She helped me locate the items I was looking for and let me know if they were available.

This place could no be worse managed. 9 of 10 times there is no paper for receipts the areas by the pumps are filthy. Large black stains garbage pails over flowing and there are two pumps that are out of service all the time. It’s difficult to find a pump because the cashiers are poorly trained and the store in general is dirty and missing lots of things people go to a 7-11 for. Pass this place up go to Circle K ½ a mile to the west. I keep giving this place a chance because it’s in the Publix parking lot.

I had the worst experience on 7/18/24 on that location. I received a notification from my bank declining $125 charge from 7-Eleven. I wanted an answer from them to clarify the transaction that I never made. I requested a phone call from the Manager the same day, she never got back to me until I went again on 7/21/24 .Melanie, The Manager called me few hours later ,She has the worst worst customer service, she doesn’t know how to address a situation, she talks over people not given the chance to get an answer. Her best way to deal with a customer is hanging on the phone.
I only needed an answer from her to clarify the transaction, that’s it.
As a Manager she should know better how to carry her self with a customer, her lack of control makes 7- Eleven look very bad.
