This store is horrible . The owner is some one who should never own this company.He very rude .His prices are very high He has called his workers dumb in front of customers.He has treated some of his workers unfairly.The owner plays favoritism

I work there and the owner is all ays calling people dumb for asking questions he said they should know it not hard to figure out and he always yelling at the employs saying they are costing him money in front of the costumer than I when I ask to take a break for a min he saids I cant but lets the mean and people he likes be on the phone and lets them to hang out outside the store and makes me stay but he keeps telling me that I need to train people and stay on cash register but I am costing u money after I say that he tells all the people that works with me I am disabled and he treats me like crap I take a break for a min than he tells the little black hair guy that I need to work more and clean don't stand at the cash register but the girl that works in moring talks on phone and makes everyone eles check people out the owner is mean

Bought a hotdog and had to get a near burnt one while being told I cannot have a fresher one. I see a microwave but told not to use it to heat up the fresh ones. Yelling is also a negative I speak 4 languages I don’t need someone yelling some English across a store at me. Do better.

If there’s people in line, registers open, don’t just stand around making people wait for a single transaction, I had been waiting for your new person to figure out lottery scratch offs with someone helping and I assume the store owner just watching. How many employees does it take? At least 3 clearly and then when it was done they continued to stand around while the next person got lottery, I just wanted gas!!

Was charged $130 when I paid $65 in gas will be contacting the better business bureau in regards to this to get my money back.

Probably the worst 7-11 I’ve ever come across when it comes to customer service.Last week I called asking for the fuel prices for mid-grade and premium. The assistant manager answers the phone in a dead sounding voice, “7-11.”So I ask her for those prices. She tells me she doesn’t know. And when I asked if she could go check for me, she refused. So I hung up on her.Fast forward to today, again i call for those prices. Some guy picks up. So I ask him, hey what’re the prices for mid grade and premium? The dude says he doesn’t remember. So I said, there’s a back office computer you can go look at. The dude hangs up on me.I’ll never shop here and I’ll make sure everybody I know doesn’t come to this 7-11 location, I’ll direct them to the Murphy USA across the street instead where their managers provide and enforce real customer service.

The staff was very nice and the place was overall clean but their selections seem very limited compared to other 7/11s. Ice cream flavors are limited, no flowers and others things

Seven eleven has been so hit or miss lately. Some times they are clean and amazing and others i come and there are 10 people in line at 5:30 with just one team member working. I often walk out with purchasing product because the line is so long. They have also raised all of their prices recently which has been disappointing. Definitely get signed up for the loyalty program!

I went in to buy a drink and stood at the counter for 5 minutes while 3 employees less than a yard away stood behind the counter on their phones and talking to each other. They clearly saw me standing there yet were all trying to get the each other to handle the transaction and no one wanted to. I ended up just walked out. Cant say I’ve ever experienced that before.

It's a decent gas station and I was able to get in and out fast. I'm sure I'll stop here at some point or another in the future.

Employees at this particular location not always happy nor friendly, inside of store must be last for renovation as quite outdated inside

Be warned. Air pump charges $2 and does not work. The station, which brands the pump as 7-Eleven does not give refunds. Instead you must follow a protracted process following a phone number not easily located on the lower side of the pump, and wait weeks to receive, in the hopes you will give up and the keep your $2.

Tried stopping here twice. No more. Two separate times in one week the iced coffee was empty. You start filling up your cup and then when it gets halfway filled there's nothing left. Happened two times. Had to leave half empty cup at the store and walk out.
