These people over here are nasty, can’t believe my tax dollars go to employing these people. Like stated before me the employees are rude and non helpful. I’ll be boycotting this post office. Lucky they have a job they way they act. And as I walk in I over hear them trash talking and older lady saying “it’s not rocket science”. Appalling I wonder if I treated them as such when they employ my services if they’d like it much???. USPS needs to look into this office and clean house.

I asked for help and was offered none. No help on the best way to ship a thumb drive. I was belittled and spoken down to. Just disgusting. When I asked best option to get something there faster than a stamp I was told 3-5 weeks in normal now because the post office “consolidated” and treated as if I was complaining because I nicely asked for best option to have something delivered within a week.i was assisted by Shannon. This is our little local 2 booth post office in our quaint village and I just expected better.
BTW I stayed upbeat and professional the entire time and held my tongue.

Both women behind the counter are extremely rude , I wish they would get friendly people to work there, it’s the same thing every time!!!!!! What happened to customer service, you should be ashamed to have such miserable nasty employees

95% of the time I go in there the women who work there are incredibly rude for no reason I’ve never come in for anything complicated, and I’m never rude. I’ve bought stamps and returned and mailed packages and almost everytime it’s incredibly unpleasant. One time I walked in and the lady walked away when she saw me ?

As a resident of Pt Salerno, I’m very pleased to have great people working in our tiny PO annex. It’s little, but the staff are friendly and efficient. That cannot be said about the people who may be in line in front of angry customers.

A smaller post office compaired to most. But the staff is very nice. Even with the holiday rush the line isn't that bad.

The office is extremely unkept and dirty. The customer service was absolutely horrendous and incredibly slow.

I've yet to see a post office that isn't 'understaffed'. The clerks at the Port Salerno facility are always friendly; doing the best they can at their thankless tasks. Usually a line of people waiting for service, but what's your hurry -aren't you retired? So many people in this area are. Relax.

Definitely the best trip to the post office I’ve experienced. Helen and all the ladies were such a pleasure. Helen went above and beyond with her customer service and attention to detail. I live in Jensen and will now always drive the extra 5 minutes to come here instead.

BE AWARE! Unlike the Johnson Street Post Office the Port Salerno Post Office has a poorly knowledgeable staff. Twice I went to Port Salerno and twice received the wrong information . Never are any of the staff members forth coming about complications that will cause the delivery of your mail to fail. i sent a registered letter with a check enclosed to the Philippines. The cost was around $17.25. and assured it would be delivered in 5-15 day. So not true! I didn't have time to research whether my letter was going to be delayed or if the check enclosed would be stolen. I like many others didn't know that UPS doesn't deliver everywhere. Instead the mail is delivered to the other country then their Post Office takes charge. A letter or a package is inspected at customs and a fee is imposed only to be paid by the person picking up the letter or package. The fees are often so substantial that the items sent are just left there. All this should be explained to the person sending whatever out of the country. NOT THE PUBLIC'S JOB to know about such details however it is the U.S. POSTAL SERVICE staff who should know and care enough to pass on V.I.P. information.
