“Our dog needed to be looked at as soon as possible. Tried several local vets and they couldn’t be bothered for at least 2-3 weeks. I found ISLAND ANIMAL HOSPITAL in MERRIT Island through Google. I called and they were very helpful and were able to get her in within three days. They were very cordial, informative and helpful. They even offered “new technology” that has so far been positive. She’s walking around like she normally does and back to eating. Another plus, the bill was reasonable. The icing on the cake was receiving a card from them thanking me for bringing her in. WOW!! Other vets should put that in their pipes and smoke it.”
“A friend and I brought her beloved Callie here to have her euthanized as she was in very poor health.The vet and staff were very compassionate.We were allowed to stay with Callie through her final moments.We were allowed to stay with her for a while then just let them know when we were ready to go.We took Callie home to lay her in her final resting place.The staff prepared Callie and then even carried her to the car.I can't even express my gratitude!I would highly recommend this office for any pet service.”

“On my way to Mexico, I realized my cat needed a rabies shot, pronto. CAH found me an appointment within 2 days. Everything was efficient, except me. I forgot his paperwork. They called the pound where I got the cat to get the proof they needed to give him the 3 year shot. Highly recommend.”
“I traveled in today to have a Coggins pulled on a horse we are rescuing. It was our first time there. The staff was fantastic along with the Dr. and really helpful as I had my newborn with me in my truck. They were extremely fast and efficient! Highly recommended them! I will be using them for all my other horse's.”

“I was a personal assistant for a local philanthropist here in MI for years, she happened to have many beloved furry family members. Thus, I was blessed to be introduced to the knowledgeable & compassionate staff that has provided every animal that I have found over the years for care. The fact that no matter how busy the office may be, no matter how many calls are blowing up the phones there, they ALL take that "moment" to acknowledge whatever reason or need brings you there. Dr. Nat & Dr Georges's hearts are expressed through every eye contact connected, each understanding smile. The empathy shown to all is a gift no school can teach. You either know? Or you do not, and all here? DO know. Pharmacy on site, a large variety of prescription foods for all varieties at the ready. How blessed this area is to have such skilled & loving souls hearing the animal and owner. An absolute 10 (ten) out of 10 (ten) every minute of every day. I recommend Dr. George & Dr. Nat without hesitation as well as each member of their well-chosen staff. As long as I am here in Brevard? Oh heck, even OUT of Brevard, this is where I will bring each & all. Blessings.”
“This is the best vet I have found in many years .Very caring and understanding. She takes the time to talk to you and listen has genuine care for all of your pets and doesnt make you feel like she is in a rush. Which I know she is . And when we have deliveries she gets us in imediately the staff always calls and checks on the puppies the next day they are all really great .You wont find another Veterinarian and her whole staff as caring and knowledgeable as Dr . “Dr Mayerer is very nice and very smart. He's a good diagnostician and quickly figures out what is wrong. He's a big advocate of preventive medicine and vaccines. He treats our dogs for heartworm with a semi annual shot, and it's so much easier than begging them to eat the pill every month! Dr. Mayerer has been taking care of my dogs for 3 years. When they're sick he makes them better fast. He's expensive, but isn't everybody? The doctor was considerate of our feelings when we had to put our dog down because she had cancer. We mentioned how sad we thought it was that a scary vet clinic would be the last thing she would see, so he very kindly agreed to give her the lethal shot on a blanket on the grass under a tree. We felt much better about it because if you have to die, it's better to do it looking at the sky, and the beautiful trees with leaves rustling in the breeze.”

“My puppy, 16 years old, was suffering, I walked into the clinic and everyone was very nice and they squeezed me into their schedule.He had lymphoma they found out and I chose to put him to sleep cause he was miserable.They were thoughtful and kind, and the Dr. explained everything he was doing. They made a very sad event a bit more tolerable.I thank them very much.SampsonAnd Bambi Pierson and family.”

“My pups have seen 4 different vets in the past year thats how long we've been living in Florida and so far, one of those vets my dogs hate. Dont remember the name.There's a high turn over of vets here, 2 of the vets my dogs liked have moved on and no longer there. It's hard for the dogs to have a relationship a dr when their Dr changes every visit. They have their wellness appointment coming up and again it will be a different vet. Hopefully they will like her. So far the pups hasn't showed any issues with any techs,the techs have been different evertime. There's one lab girl they love and the only one they will take a treat from I'm not good with names. Wish I could remember hers.”

“My daughter had to put her cat down and they were so very kind and understanding and gave her all the time she needed to let her go. Very respectful. Explained every step of what was going to happen and again as it was happening. They didn't rush her through it trying to get her in and out. They absolutely know that your animals are as much family as your children. I was so impressed and touched at the genuine care for the loss my daughter was feeling. Vets and even Dr's have lost that. I have found my doggies new Dr. You are a dying breed and it is so appreciated. Thank You”
“I took my pet to Petco today and I just wanted to share my experience. I haven't had a lot of good experience with groomers in Titusville since I've been here for the last year. But I called Petco and set up an appointment with Robyn, and they really hit it off. He is 180 pound St. Bernard and he is almost 10 years old. She just dealt with him very well letting him rest when needed and he looked absolutely amazing when I picked him up. All of his white hair was white ,and she just did a really good job. I would definitely recommend this groomer. Definitely knows what she is doing and she cares. She was really wonderful to deal with. My dog Monkey, didn't even want to leave when I came to pick him up, which, normally he does, so that was just a very good sign that he was well taken care of by Robyn. We already scheduled our next appointment with her and will continue to have her as our Groomer. What a great experience!”
“This pet store is awesome! They allow you to bring in your own pets, which is a doubly good thing because it shows they truly love pets and pets love going out and having an adventure so they love it too. I've never been here without being asked at least 3 times if I needed help, I love knowing the people that work here really care. The only issue is the extremely high prices, I would buy all my pet supplies here if they weren't so much higher than prices everywhere else.”
