They wanted to make sure I had ordered the item I needed. As it turns out, it was not the item I wanted. It was really my mistake for not carefully reading the description. Nonetheless, they cancelled the order and issued a refund as soon as I let them know it was not the item I needed. Most retailers, at the very least, would ask you to fill out some sort of return form. Needless to say, they have a new loyal customer.”
