I had made an appointment about a week prior to scheduled time and day. When I arrived she didn’t know anything about appointment couldn’t find me anywhere. Really? Another lady came in she was a return customer said she made appointment few days ago. I WAS BUMPED. No apology- nothing. She acted a bit guilty. Gave me appointment for a day after holidays. Not going!
