“I love this place. They got everything! In fact, I love it so much, I bought land and built a house 100’ away from this place just to walk over and get ice cream with my kids and source all the things I forgot to bring with me. If you’re on the Cape, check this place out. Those wine slushy’s are on point!”

“Wow, what a selection for a Dollar General. We were pleasantly surprised by the name brand selections they did have and the pricing was great. They have most everything you will need for a Vacation stay. The general Markey is a great concept for rural areas, if DG can keep presentable like this one was, I can see this going a long way.”
“In response to Joshua Johnson's review...People DO get sick and we ARE human. This store has come a long way since new management took over. We stock as fast as it comes in and we can not help that you can't find what you want because it's NOT in stock at the moment. It sells as fast as we put it out, because we ARE conveniently located and everyone who comes in our store tells us how nice it is NOW. There are three of us,constantly stocking and running registers. Some Dollar Generals have one person doing everything. If you would like to offer a better solution you are welcome to.”
“Best place ever. They have gas and treats and snacks. You can get sandwiches or you can get monster energy drinks. Or you could get Cheetos or you could get Fritos or you could get Lay's potato chips. Or if you wanted to, you could even get an alcoholic beverage. I don't want any of alcoholic beverages but I saw someone else buying some. Hopefully they're going to wait till they get home before they drink any of them. I'm sure they will. They look really responsible. Anyway, this store was great”

“We forgot a few key items on our recent trip to Cape San Blas but the Trading Post helped save the day. Thanks to their well-stocked shelves of just about anything you could need to help accentuate a beach vacation including fresh fruits, vegetables and proteins as well as hot pizza and cold beverages, we were well prepared for our stay at the Cape. Plus it's super convenient and there's lots of parking. A great all-around resource for the community.”
