Great customer service! I placed an order online. Blue water outriggers contacted ME the following day to make me aware the picture shown did not match the item ordered. They wanted to make sure I had ordered the item I needed. As it turns out, it was not the item I wanted. It was really my mistake for not carefully reading the description. Nonetheless, they cancelled the order and issued a refund as soon as I let them know it was not the item I needed. Most retailers, at the very least, would ask you to fill out some sort of return form.
Needless to say, they have a new loyal customer.

Bluewater Outrigger had something for everyone in our family. The kids were able to get body boards and toys, my husband was able to stick up on fishing supplies and I shopped shoes. The shoe selection in this place is unreal and reasonably priced. There were many reef brand sandals marked down 50% in the back

Can’t recommend. Cool store but inadequately staffed and this results in employees that can’t handle the business and as a result get really rude. You can do better Bluewater.

This is my third year coming to Port St Joe, and Bluewater Outriggers has been my go to bait and tackle shop every visit. The staff are always joyful upon passing through the doors and a pleasure to see on every trip into the store; always friendly and helpful! I love this place!

They have about everything you would want in a sporting goods store. I like the guns ammo and accessories section. They have handguns, rifles. shotguns, ammo, and many accessories like scopes, slings, mags, etc. Also friendly and knowledgeable staff!

Great place to stock up on fishing supplies. Joe took good care of me with a rod tip replacement and fishing line install for a couple of reels. It's nice to have experienced and friendly people to deal with. Joe was the most helpful but the rest of the staff was great too. They carry live bait. I bought some Costa's at a 30% discount. Great store, I wish it was closer to home.

As Florida residents, we like this place but will no longer support it. Military discount only for retired or active duty, disregarding veterans is a spit in the face to honorable veterans. Equivalent to telling a police officer you didn't "fully" serve your community and aren't worthy if you didn't retire. Should be all or none; current format is tasteless.

Moved to FL for the winter and have been wanting to take my son fishing. Made the drive to Port St Joe to this store on the recommendation of a neighbor. So glad we made the drive. The store associates were friendly and very helpful. Helped me pick out all the needed equipment and even put line on the reel for me. Prices were very reasonable compared to what I’m used to and quality very good. They have a huge selection of fishing equipment, footwear, outdoor gear, accessories and much more. Great store!

This is the best store from PCB to Tampa Bay! Fair prices (for beach) and amazing selection of clothing and gear. They even have an impressive gun selection in the back.
