Don't know why some complaint about this location office was very clean staff was above standers so in my comment I would give this location 100% KEEP UP THE GREAT JOB YOU ALL DO VERY SATISFIED

This place is as screwed up as any place I've been.! THEY SHOULD SHUT THIS BUILDING DOWN OR GET PEOPLE WHO WILL BE AVAILABLE DURING BUSINESS HOURS. I have been to this place twice, both times were for a simple X-ray my doctor needed. BOTH TIMES THE X-RAY TECH LEFT THE PREMISES EARLY. Their hours are supposed to be until 6pm, the X-ray tech is supposed to be on duty until 6pm!! the first time I was told they left, was at 4pm June 23rd. The second time was at 4:15 pm on August 13th 2024. They don't take appointments for X-rays, so you just have to walk in and wait for the one of the slowest uncaring people behind the counter to call you up just to tell you their X-ray tech has taken off early. !!! If you need an X-ray or for any other reason, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.!!

My husband just brought my daughter in for an x-ray because they’re walking only. I think you guys need to update your hours because it says you’re open until 6 PM.

Took a friend here. The wait was so long I was ready to send them a bill.
Front desk staff was so slow it wasn't funny and they quite obviously over book appointments.
Floors needed to be professionally cleaned.
The institutional green walls were probably last pained in the last century. Nice wall murals however if you like Florida oceans.
All in all I recommend you go elsewhere.
TGH may own the place but it's run poorly
and less than anyone should accept.

I have NO idea why this place even bothers to have you fill out anything online because when you get in, even if you HAVE filled everything out, they claim they didn't get it and hand you a stack of paper.
Between that and the attitudes of some of the desk staff, HOW is this place even still in business?

They are the worst.Cancelled first appointment. Scheduled second. Found they don't do my procedure, rescheduled again. NEVER answered phone or return phone calls. Always LOH. Last time here.
UPDATE: 02/12/24: Per doctors orders, I came here, giving them another chance. The waiting room was packed. They were very efficient, professional and everything the ran smoothly.
Theirs an issue with results, but that's a with in progress and will not comment.
So I upgraded from a one star to three. If the resulting is clarified will change. I usually do my yearly CT's elsewhere, waiting for the comparison.

Will not use this place again. 5 days to get results of an X-ray is unacceptable and is crazy!!!!! Staff was not friendly, didn’t want to assist with making a copy of X-ray. Overall, unpleasant experience. Back to BayCare for all future radiology needs. The facility was not clean, smelled like mildew.
Clean up your performance TGH if you want patients to come back.

My Step son had a seizure and was required to get an MRI for his follow up visit with the Neurologist. My wife and I spent 30 minutes scheduling this appointment, and scheduled our follow up visit in line with this visit. Today, a mere 2 days before the MRI was to take place, we received a call cancelling the MRI. Spoke with someone in the office who, without empathy or desire to problem solve, was completely unable to work with us in figuring out how to get the procedure done before his neurologist appointment in 2 weeks time.
We are now left scrambling to find another place in network to get this done so we can figure out what is wrong with my step son.

I am a RN and have had significant experience with imaging and locations. This imaging center should be shut down. It is disgustingly dirty stains 3’ wide on carpets. It smells awful. If it was a restaurant the county would close them immediately. This is a medical facility it should be clean. We waited 20 minutes to register, the clerk was working alone and snapping at customers which I understand because it was packed. After waiting she told us we needed to fill out paperwork which I did on line and she said she didn’t have it. After filling out half the paperwork she said we were too late and they couldn’t do the scan even though we were told to be there at that time by scheduling. Skip this facility.
After re-reading my review and others it is obvious the problem is management. The staff may be doing their best to do their jobs but without the support of owner and managment the clinic will never be better.

Always friendly and accommodating. The dayI we the computers were down, but they managed to move forward.
