“I was on my way to work yesterday on Little Road in front of the Greek church. I was doing about 45. My back driver tire blew as you can see. I am 51 and had never experienced this. I got it to the gas station on the rim!! I called these guys at around 11. He was right there in the area and got my tire size and looked at the rim for damage. He was able to get me a tire by 2pm. He picked me up at my home, took me there and had the job done quickly. I was back home by 230. I cried because I did not budget for this as a single mom. He charged me a very fare rate and got a hug in return. Was a gentleman and treated me respectfully!! Thank you so very much for your kindness in what was a panicky moment for me!!”
“I received an astronomical price from the dealership where I get my oil changes done. They wanted to replace more than what was actually needed. I drove my car straight home and called mr Chuck. He quoted me a fraction of the price so I dropped it off. He told me what was actually wrong and the parts that needed replaced. Fixed my car before I had to leave for vacation. He got me great deal on 4 used tires, ( they have a very big selection new & used ) it was a little overwhelming but he pointed me in the right direction we got my tires and he got the job done quick! They were able to fix a safety issue SAME DAY on a saturday morning with my truck after another local mechanic rhymes with PAYS neglected to take care of a MAJOR safety issue that they claimed to fix 4 days ago. Tim was very professional and efficient and Eric was extremely polite and kind. I finally found a trustworthy shop who cares for your vehicles as if it were their own. They are the GOLD STANDARD, top tier, and worth every penny. I would recommend this fine establishment time and time again.”
