Knew something was up so I made the long drive to Tom’s and sure enough. I was being lied to by a big corporation that just wanted my money. I called and spoke with Damon about ordering 2 new rear tires for my Tesla model Y dual motor. I usually have the car serviced at Tesla but decided to go with Firestone. Glad I did. The price Firestone quoted was more economical vs Tesla. I made an appointment right over the phone and came the day prior to pay for the tires being they are a special order. Come appointment day I was in and out. Enjoyed the rest of my day at the beach.

“These guys made my day, after purchasing 2 new tires at Wal-Mart and having them installed I leave and find out they replaced the wrong tires, and they refused to fix there mistake or do anything. “I had a problem with the transfer case on my truck and needed it fixed , i was referred to this shop and went by to talk to them. Explained my problem and what i needed done . The guys in the shop were extremely helpful with finding a replacement part. Set me an appt, i dropped my truck off with them on the day of my appt . Not only did they make the requested repairs but they ended up finding another problem with my wiring harness. They diagnosed it and repaired it , and the whole job still didnt exceed the original estimate. And i still got my truck back the same day. Quality work. Knowledgable and honest technicians. And exemplary customer service are just a few things i experienced here. Would give 10 stars if i could .”
