Had them install a wrap-around deck on my rental property, as per my landlord's wishes. They were polite and professional, very helpful with questions I had about the time frame and work load, and it was a wonderful price–no arms and legs to pay here! Now I have a beautiful addition to the property and my landlord and I couldn't be happier with the results. I will definitely be calling them back for more work! Thank you again! ❤

I would give 0 stars if I could. They did a horrible job on a very expensive enclosed room in my home. They actually put a super gutter inside my room! Their work was horrible and when I asked them to return to fix things, they never showed up. Their office staff was rude, and so was the owner of the company, Al Terk. DO NOT USE, THERE ARE SO MANY GOOD CONTRACTORS OUT THERE. Al only has two helpers, not a big company to handle a big job. He also told me he would take credit cards, and did so twice, then said no, he wasn't going to take them anymore. We are talking about a very expensive home remodeling job. Very unprofessional. Pasco County even told them to return and Al Terk did not.

Our condo association uses them & from what I have experienced, they are quite inept & very slow on small projects. Their sign was by my carport for 2 months. Seldom to never during that time did anyone work. The job was quite simple: just repair the maybe 1 foot section between roof & sides of carport. After 2 months sign disappeared & I inspected the job, what a rip! An entire Conroe section is missing, nails sticking straight out everywhere & and number illegible. What's a girl to? I have no choice in who management picks, but I would personally never use them.

I setup an appointment with Terks for a glass shower install at 10am on a Tuesday, they called at 10am to inform me they will not be making the appointment. Extermly disappointed I had to take off work and was give zero notice! I'm taking my bussiness else where.

We had a vinyl wood floor put down in our kitchen and hallway. The men did an excellent job. We were very impressed with the attention to detail in general, and especially so with the installation of the moldings. We have been using this company for many years now and heartily recommend them!
