I had a problem with the transfer case on my truck and needed it fixed , i was referred to this shop and went by to talk to them. Explained my problem and what i needed done . The guys in the shop were extremely helpful with finding a replacement part. Set me an appt, i dropped my truck off with them on the day of my appt . Not only did they make the requested repairs but they ended up finding another problem with my wiring harness. They diagnosed it and repaired it , and the whole job still didnt exceed the original estimate. And i still got my truck back the same day. Quality work. Knowledgable and honest technicians. And exemplary customer service are just a few things i experienced here. Would give 10 stars if i could .

I highly highly recommend Suncoast Automotive. I have been going to Suncoast Automotive since I was a kid with my mom and then started taking my own car there since I was a teenager. Every experience I have had there has been a great one! They are always kind to me, extremely helpful, and break down what is wrong with my car in terms I can understand since I’m not a car person. They are honest about what my car needs and never upsell me or pressure me into getting work done. I can truly trust them to guide me in the right direction with my automotive needs. My family and I just got back from vacation, on the drive home the car started making noise in the rear. I dropped it off at soncoast automotive where they have always been fair, fast and professional. Even though they have been very busy, they were able to get the car checked out and fixed the next day. Very thankful to them for all their help, especially after coming home from vacation to a car issue.

Update to my original review from years ago:
I have now brought my vehicle to Suncoast automotive for years for all maintenance and repairs when necessary and they have been more than fair every single time.
I just purchased a new vehicle but throughout the purchasing process I brought two vehicles to Suncoast Automotive to ask them to give me their honest opinion about those vehicles and in both instances they saved me from making a bad purchase. As far as I'm concerned they will make more money from me in the long run by saving me from making a bad purchase because I will be a loyal customer indefinitely.

Last Sunday well coming home from Clearwater experienced a flat tire, right in front of Suncoast automotive and although they were closed, the gentleman working there help change my tire, I couldn't believe it I would have had to call the towing company and waited hours to have that accomplished, but he was working on some other projects there even though he was closed in the store, and you wouldn't even accept any payment, , that's something very unusual to find today somewhere with integrity, and I live all the way up in Spring Hill, so as far as I'm concerned this is a company you can definitely rely on, cuz they have honor and trust,

This shop saved me over $200 on my rear breaks. They have a $99.00 special going on. They will do your front brakes or rear brakes for just $99.00. That's with parts and labor. How awesome is that. I'll definitely be going be there for sure. Very friendly guy at the first desk. He knew exactly what he was talking about and doing. I had even money to give the young man who did my rear brakes a $20.00 tip cause they saved me from paying $320.00 plus somewhere else in. Great bunch of guys who worked there.

The most polite, professional, honest, easy repair transaction I have ever experienced!!! My 2015 Jeep Wrangler needed a belt and water pump. Dead at my house. Suncoast was referred to me as a repair
shop that does jeeps. I also checked MANY of their reviews and a lot of them were positive from other jeep owners. I called them from work, arranged for a tow with my insurance, it was delivered to their shop and within an hour I had a text with an estimate! I'll tell you, it was the best price I had gotten after checking several repair shops. The transaction was totally over the phone and online due to my being at work. It was left at their shop for me to pick up on my my home! Extremely professional and I will be returning for my check ups and some minor things I need taken care of. I was finding nobody worked on jeeps and they LOVE jeeps. I can't say enough about the service today and I can't wait to be able to thank them in person! THANK YOU SUNCOAST FOR GETTING ME BACK ON THE ROAD!
