James Kacynski was a night saver!!! My phone was not working all day, right before closing I came n & he put a real SIM card in instead of the digital I had. He said, no big deal. Huge Deal!!! Saved my night! I highly recommend Spectrum and New Port Richey!

A very slow customer service experience. Took 45 minutes of waiting in line just to get a receipt to return some equipment. Nothing more and nothing less. The gentleman that finally did help me was very nice, but no reason that 12+ people should be waiting in line on a Sunday afternoon to get assistance.

This place makes the DMV look wonderful in terms of waiting times! Get an appointment before you come. There are three employees and each customer takes at least 10 minutes to process. If you don’t have an appointment, expect to be there more than an hour.

Coming into this store has been a great experience. Bradley helped me when I started service both internet and phone plans. He also help with picking out my phone. Thank you Spectrum for have a valuable employee He's the best

i texted customer service the day before i came for replace my e-Sim with the physical sim keeping same number. they told me come to the store and i will get help there but when i came and after 45 minutes wait, they just told me that they don't know how to do that and i have to call customer service number. Every time i come there is a disappointment

I came in today needing to switch over to my fathers phone line. Ray was super helpful and really helped me out. Ray was super knowledgeable and really going out of his way to help me out.

Place is packed with people but only 3 employees. Internet service from spectrum is just slightly slower than the customer service at this store. Not enough seats for the people with kids waiting in here. The screens that show the people in line waiting for service are turned off so people don't know how long will they be waiting. Horrible experience. Spectrum will be very fast to take your money for slow Internet but can't put enough seats or employees in this store.

Do not use spectrum, They lie to you. Went in to sign up for just Wi-Fi, the representative that sold me the plan told me they would give me a discount if I bundled with their dumb tv option and used the Wi-Fi package. My first bill comes out and I found out it wasn't ever a bundle offered by them. They just lie to get more sales under their belt. Filing a complaint for the company and a complaint with their corporate office. The guy that sold me a plan was bigger, had glasses and red hair, do not go to him, he will lie to you.

I hate to admit it, but sometimes I can be a difficult customer to deal with. I’m always late, and usually have a lot of questions. Fortunately, I was lucky enough to be Bradley, most likely the best recruit that spectrum has ever made. Bradley was patient, polite, and very professional, but cool at the same time . He stayed well after closing hours to help me deal with my Wi-Fi/mobile crisis. He did everything I could expect and more. Now, thanks to him, my girlfriend and I have everything we need, and none of the extra stuff we don’t need. I am satisfied! Brad should definitely be in a leadership position if he’s not already. Spectrum, you should be proud.

Let me first start by saying customer service people were very friendly, very sympathetic very nice. They were great. Unfortunately the way spectrum has decided to set up and do things is terrible. The wait time was horrific. I was unaware that you could even make appointments so I did not have an appointment. I spent an hour being second in line, because appointments kept coming in and they take priority which they should, they did not have enough customer service representatives to handle the amount of people that were coming in which made the way even longer. They also for people who are just returning equipment and not exchanging or anything. The man was very helpful in telling him that like across the street, you could just turn it in no labels no nothing it’s the same. However, I do feel that should be posted somewhere and he had to keep coming around and explaining it to people and so it took more time out of his time to help try to clear some of the rooms when he could’ve been helping other customers which made wait times even longer I do believe maybe they should have certain counters for a specific thing and maybe that would help because it is very much done like a deli style first come first serve unless you have an appointment had it been done differently like one counter specifically for people like picking up and dropping off them that would’ve move things along because I was there to pick up and I know several other people wear which takes 30 seconds or less and then you had other people there for like phone services and I think it should be separate it just contributes to the problem of wait time. I watched several people get up and leave I also think that they should make it more known that you can schedule appointments because when I talked to the representative on the phone when I initially starting my service there was no mention of that she was like just going to the store and you’ll be taken care of which is true but I did spend about two 2 1/2 hours waiting for something that takes 30 seconds.

I would give this store ZERO stars if this site would let me. Absolutely abysmal customer service. They have you check in so they can call you in order but then proceed to serve customers out of order. I waited for over an hour to exchange a router. I watched several people walk right up to the counter and be waited on as if the checkin didn't exist. There were 2 people working with over 20 people waiting. The guy was with one couple for 45 minutes (and was still with them when I walked out). The gal had a single customer for 30 minutes. And one other (who left the floor 20 minutes after I got there), served people who just walked in. I finally just did my exchange online and received my new router the next day. I will be switching my internet to another provider. This experience was utterly disappointing. I've waited in line for less time at Disney. At least there, I got something out of it. All I got at this store was rage & anxiety.

I waited for 2 hours to replace my modem because nobody told me i had to make a reservation to speed up the process. They don't have enough staffing, parking is limited, they need more chairs, bring a jacket, it feels like a freezer. The good news it's open 7 days a week, but Sundays are open from 12 pm until 5 pm. Overall, when it was my turn, I was taken care of right away, and my modem was replaced with a new one. In my opinion, they should make 2 lines for reservations only. Note to Self: Make a reservation before going to this location. If not, you will regret it.

The lack of employees that work at this store is horrible. There are always so many people in the waiting area and 2 people working in the store to service that volume of people is unacceptable. It doesn't matter what day of the week or what time of day it's always the same. I do not recommend going to this location.

Grossly understaffed. Store is full of people waiting to be served. One person working. Disgusting attitude from the worker in the picture. Told me if you don’t want to wait you should have made an appointment. This is typical spectrum.
