I wish u could give them negative stars for ratings, never buy a bed from them, I received a box spring damaged from delivery I had contacted that same day to get it changed out, reached a guy in the office told me within 24 to 48 hours they will contact me it took them a week to get it to me then when they came they never inspected the boxsprings they came and picked up the wrong box spring, I called the same day 45 min later, they were not able to get it to me, they said they will contact in 24 to 48 hours and a month a half later never got a call, Contacted the office and apparently everything that was on file wasn't on file Not only did they not find my 2nd case number or 3rd number the only case number they could find was the 1st and now they're saying that they will not cover it or possibly not cover it because of them prolonging the situation from the purchase date.

I wish people would start shopping here more often. If they don't, this store probably won't be here much longer. It's a shame because they carry decent merchandise. We've never had a problem wirh any employee at this store and have taken advantage of some awesome sales.

This location has the very worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was ignored multiple times by more than one associate. I had multiple items to purchase and stood in line at the register for several minutes to pay. There were 2 employees helping one customer. When another customer approached the CLOSED and unattended register, the second employee began assisting her, despite the fact that there was already a line. I said excuse me TWICE and continued to be ignored. We decided to leave and make our purchases elsewhere. We later decided to give them another chance. We came back to the store about an hour later and unbelievably i was ignored again! When i asked for a manager, the associate behaved as if i wasn't even standing there. She just ignored me like a small child would do! Her co-worker saw me and acknowledged my question. She asked the other associate who rolled her eyes as she held out her arm and pointed across the store. She then pointed in the distance and told me that the manager was in "that department over there". I looked through "that department over there" and found no manager. I didn't bother continuing my quest. I just left.

I was surprised by the level of service I received from Sears. First, I was seeking a washing machine and the appliance associate was great. He was not pushy, had a great sense of humor, and excellent product knowledge. Secondly, I needed a hedge trimmer. The associate in the lawn department was also very friendly and explained the difference between the products to me. I was so pleased. I hadn't shopped at Sears for many years, and now I find myself a regular weekly customer. Thank you for such great Customer service.

Not the best. I bought tools from them and they just seem to swing them around. Please take extra care of my tools! Service isn't great. They seem like they don't want to be there. They always seem suspicious, (I've never shoplifted in my life!) and they are hard to get a hold of. Considering the next Sears is a million miles away, this will have to do, but remember, There are better Sears out there!!!

Employees are always smoking right outside the back doors....don't use the back entrance!
