(I can definitely see why this place only, has a 3.9 rating) The employees are extremely rude and unprofessional. They really don't have anything interesting enough to even go inside. Well now that I have experienced this place, I'll be sure not to ever go back. the employees needs to learn how to be respectful to the customers and appreciate the customers, because it's our money that keeps places like this open. And that blond hair lesbian that works there, needs to be put in her place. You can't be a lesbian and judge and hate on a transgender woman , that's being very hypocritical. I don't like when gay people are gonna judge us, transgender people for simply being us. Get a life lesbian.

Seriously? $6.99 for a STAINED pair of pants?I understand a profit needs to be made to help others, but greed is disgusting.Worn out... absolutely worn out shoes for ridiculous prices.Shame. When I first started going here many years ago, it was a nice little place.

Fair little place, pretty decent selection, lacking in jackets and coats other than suit ones. Prices are crazy cheap, if you have 20 bucks you could get two outfits here

Someone needs to shut this place down. Advertised all over the store and on the door that the entire store is 50 percent off today for MLK day. I brought up my items and they ring up as full price. All I did was start to say that the signs says entire store is half off and the cashier verbally ATTACKED me saying these items are excluded. I asked for the manager and she said yelled “ I am the manager, if you don’t like it file a complaint, I don’t have to listen to you”. People like this should not be allowed to work in customer service. Wouldn’t even give me her name when I said I will most definitely file a complaint.

FALSE ADVERTISING and nasty employees! Sign on door says 50% off ENTIRE STORE only to find out furniture is excluded after I spent an hour shopping. The cashier was the absolute nastiest haggard old woman I have ever had the displeasure of encountering. In the time I was there I witnessed her screaming at atleast 3 customers. She didn't have a name tag but I would be glad to come in and identify her should someone decide to do the right thing and escort this animal off the premises. I will never shop nor donate here again!

I used to love coming to this Salvation Army. Prices were fare and employees were friendly. The staff now are rude liars who price gouge everything. I was in when a man was complaining about how expensive they had priced something and the worker said “we don’t price anything here” which is a lie. I come often enough to hear them talking about what they will price an item for. I was just in and heard them talking about hiding an item in the back on half off day so no one can get it half off… blows my mind. They wanted RETAIL price for used bowls. $4 for ONE bowl. Sad to say I will no longer be donating or shopping at this location anymore. Holiday location is way better. Nicer staff better prices

New to Fl Love this Store. Yes Alittle pricey but they do have color sale. Love employess everyone has a bad day sometimes! My advice dont write on bottom of shoes some leather it sinks n wont come off with nail polish remover.Also im used to my hometown All pants 4.99 ea All tops $4.99 All shoes 6.99 ea n so on. You all get items Free this store is for the unwealthy people make it easirr for them to get what they need. Also easier for employee not to tag n put holes n clothing Ur putting tag staples on front of shirt when it should b under arm n seam with a tag gunor write on stuff. U guys are making it harder for urself n being overpriced your inventory ur having to let it sit!!!Alot of thiefs out there no matter is u tag it sticjer it or write on it if they wanta still they will. Upgrade ur tagging system!
