I had my homeowners policy with Randall insurance agency for the past three years. Unfortunately, the quality of their customer service declined over the past year for me. Last year I had a new roof put on and sent them a new wind mitigation report to inquire about a credit. They acknowledged receipt but never responded to my inquiry. When I received my renewal for 2021 there was a significant premium increase so I again asked about the new roof credit. Mr Randall’s assistant said she would look into it but didn’t get back to me. I found another agent and quote that saved me $400 so I canceled. However, a month later I found out that Randall insurance did not send the cancellation to the previous carrier so I was actually paying for two policies through my mortgage. Again, no follow up without my investigation and no apology.

This company has very very bad insurance services and does not respect the agreement with the clients and I dealt with it for one month and then terminated the contract with them because of their non-commitment to the agreement with me
I advise all customers and owners of small business not to agree with them and deal with this company, which does not respect the contract with the owners of small business

I was referred to Randall Insurance when I was looking for a policy for my new home. David Randall got in touch with me within an hour or two of my request, reviewed the quote with me and promptly made any necessary changes. His quote came back significantly lower than some others I received, so at my request, he spent at least an hour going through the entire document with me to ensure that nothing was missed. The customer service was outstanding and the rates were much better than I could have received anywhere else. I highly recommend David Randall at Randall Insurance!

Last November I started reviewing insurance rates as my Home owners and Auto policies were up for renewal. I was referred to David by one of my clients so I called his office to get quotes for homeowners insurance and auto insurance. He was able to save money on my home owners insurance with an A rated company with a history in Florida. I loved most that he took the time to educate me on my insurance and reviewed my current auto policy and told me I was getting a good rate with the drivers on my policy. Thank you David Randall and office members!!

I had been with Geico for over 5 years. I called to get a quote from Randall insurance and it was $1,000 less for the year with better coverage. I also used them for home owners insurance when I bought my first home last December. The rate was well under the calculations that the lender had estimated. I am very happy with the service.

the worst, most rude, most unprofessional agents EVER,
the what so called "Customer Care specialist" V. Holland is the most arrogant, rude, and terrible person that anybody can ever deal with, gave me a quote, after signing with them, sent me an email with a "claim" of accidents that was not done. when I asked her of the source of these incidents and dates, she said: I can not tell you dates or details, when I insisted to see this report, she hung up the phone, when i called her back, she started to yell and talk trash, and when I told her that her behavior is unacceptable, and have to report her to BBB, she told me go ahead, we don't care, we are not listing with them, and we don't care.
this is the kind of employee (Customer care specialist) that works for Randall Insurance agency.
before you switch your policy, please, shop somewhere else, this is NOT a professional business, bunch of Rude people!

Randal insurance has done me ABSOLUTELY NOTHING but SCREW ME OVER. They never answer their phone, on multiple occasions crissy or whatever her name is has screwed up the cancelation date on my insurance coverages so I oweded over 250 to progressive and 150 to now national general. FOR THE SAME SCREW UPS. While they're making money off of my service, they're damaging my credit with these insurance companies because THEY CAN'T DO THEIR JOB CORRECTLY. lastly, they are NO HELP when it comes to needing their assistance! I bought a new car earlier this month and the dealership told me to have my insurance agent fax them that I have full coverage and THEY COULDNT EVEN DO THAT. I only had a WEEK for them to fax it over and they NEVER DID. Being an insurance agent, people should be able to depend on you for those inparticular needs. At least answer the god damn phone. If you're thinking about joining this agent, DON'T. YOURE BETTER OFF DOING ALL THE RESEARCH AND GETTING ALL THE QUOTES YOUR SELF
