I was pleasantly surprised about this place. I came into the mall, not really looking for anything in particular and stumbled upon this little shop. I wasn't going to go in but something caught my eye. I was so glad I did. It is difficult to find things that fit me in all the right places and everything I bought from here did just that. Even without trying it on. The prices were very reasonable and I will definitely be back soon. Don't pass this one up. They are a hidden gem!

Wife loves this store. The only reason I did not give it a 5 star is I end up sitting somewhere for awhile when my wife is shopping there.

STAY CLEAR!!!! Returning a few items and was told I paid with credit card when my receipt clearly says debit and pin verified. They argued with me so I call the 800 #. They explain that even though I clearly paid with debit as my receipt states the computer is only giving them the option to pay me back on my debit card in 5-7 business days. So take that or keep the clothes were my options. Their policy is if you pay with debit card they have to refund you in cash which they refused to do! Never in my life had an issue with rainbow shop until THIS ONE! Never coming back. Do yourself a favor and find a different one to shop at.

Limited access into the mall to get there only to learn that you're not allowed to try the clothes on! I was told to purchase them and go to the mall ladies room to try them on and bring what I didn't like back in to return. Absolutely ridiculous!!!

I went in there today bought some clothes ended up not fitting. The girl who usually runs the store is awesome and make sure you’re taking care of well and right. The new girl they had in there wouldn’t let me return my clothes unless the tag was attached and never been that way so couldn’t return any. So $40 of things that don’t fit are at goodwill now.

Couldn't find the store in the directory at Gulf View Mall, but it's there and has been there for quite a while!!!♡♡♡ I love ❤️ their unique styles ?!!!♡♡♡ The employees are always kind and who doesn't love to shop????

Two dislikes with this store is no fitting room to try on clothes and if you need to return anything you have 7 days to do it for after that you get a store credit only. Gulfview Square Mall has many vacancies so why not move store to location with fitting rooms? I'm not one that wants to purchase then return what doesn't fit. Once was enough for me.

Dressing rooms are permanently closed. They only offer a seven day return policy, and upon return they want all of your personal information (address, phone number, etc.) This is ridiculously easy way to go out of business.

Rainbow Shop has nice clothes if you want to go out and hangout. I just wish they had a nicer selection when it comes to dressing for work or wearing something appropriate when going out for the evening. The accessories they carry is good, customer service is wonderful and they are always organized. There merchandise is reasonably priced.
