Line out the door every day. More employees wandering around aimlessly than working. Air pump cord was cut, wait in line for 15 minutes to be told it's not theirs. Asked why it didn't just say out of order. Again, told not theirs. As it sits on their property and is advertised on their app. Yesterday, tried to take advantage of an advertised tobacco sale they have up in multiple places, it didn't work. The employee had no clue how to fix it. So they don't actually work, they aren't willing to help either, and they don't know how to actually do their job. What's the point of them being there then? To place water buckets under the multiple leaking areas in the ceiling?

My go to, the coffee machines are spot on and self grind/brew on the spot. Nothing beats the taste or the price that comes with it. 10/10 would recommend

I just went in to buy gas, soda and chips. They had a special for Lay's chips, 2 for 7.00. They only had one left in the flavor I wanted. Any other place would honor the sale price bc it's their fault they didn't order correctly. Not this place, he refused to give me their last bag for 3.50. This place is a joke with policies like that. I asked him twice so I wasn't mistaken with what he said. I wish Wawa was closer, they're so much better than this place.

I went to get gas at your 9923 us-19, Hudson, Florida. The associate Austin was very rude and unprofessional. He didn’t not greet customers as they went to check out. Someone with an attitude like that doesn’t need to cash out customers. I walk to the register to buy gas. I was not greeted at all and when I greeted him he was rude in return. He stood at the register with a blank face. Like a lost puppy. It was as if I was bother for him, like he doesn’t get paid simply cash out. If it’s that difficult maybe someone with more experience would do better. The face of the company should have friendly employees not Austin.

Fly issues throughout store. From the men’s bathroom to the hotdog rack. Coming from the men’s stalls it seems as the urinal had 10 of them around it

I have never did a review on a convenience store until tonight. I have been going to this racetrac for the last 6 years. I've always had a good experience. Lately, this young lady named Sanaya has been a ray of sunshine every night when I stop in. I'm hoping she stays with racetrac. She is a great person and racetrac is lucky to have her. Thank you Sanaya!!

This is the first time I've gone straight to Google to leave a bad review in years. But the attendant at the counter was incredibly rude, short with me, and unprofessional. Unprofessional. I've worked in retail my whole life, and there's no reason to ever be that short or rude to a customer who is trying to ask you how your day is and be nice. The Employees name was Payton and it happened at 8pm Saturday February 8th. Once again, I did this with a lot of reluctance, since I have been in retail my whole life. But this employee simply should not be working retail if that's how they're going to treat customers. Disappointed, upset, and will not be returning to a race track gas station anytime soon.
