The people who work at the Port Richey Health Center clinic are very friendly.
The Doctor is a good person and the staff that works helps you a lot.

If you are mexican you will be in and out very quickly if you are white or anything else you will be waiting a very long time and they will skip you so that their spaniard friends and family can get in and out

Slowest and most dirty doctors office in pasco county and it’s ran by Spaniards and it feels like you’re in a Mexican restaurant the way they are yelling to each other in Spanish the entire time, and they only have one doctor working at a time Lol most ghetto stuff I’ve seen

About as unprofessional as it gets. No doctor, just a nurse. Can't get needed prescriptions done in a timely manner (took 2 weeks). Second time posting the TRUTH about this place.

Dr. M and Jennifer are very friendly. They are like Saints from heaven! Would highly recommend to anyone in the area. The waiting area is very calming as well.

Staff is friendly. The reason for my 2 star is no one ever answers the phone and even when you leave a message you never get a return call from them. It is very frustrating. They never sent over a referral to my pulmonologist since January. Ive called several times.

Never answer the phone, and if they do you get the old "I'll call you back in 5 minutes" then you never hear from them again. You try to call and it just goes to an answering machine that I assume is never checked because you never get a call back. Saturdays are the only day the doctor is in the office and it is always overbooked. Be prepared to sit for a minimum of one hour PAST your appointment time. I waited for over an hour and a half today PAST my appointment time and they kept calling in people who came in way after me. Watched 3 people leave then I decided to leave as well. What a joke. And the response about a 30 minute wait time?! REALLY?
