Extremely knowledgeable and friendly here. Owner waved to us as we were coming out of car. Attendant at free water testing was the most helpful we have ever encountered. They even put the chlorine in our truck while our water was being tested. I have a location that is much closer but we will be making the drive out to come to this location. Great staff!

*From 1 star to 5 and I have the pictures to prove it. I initially reviewed as “I am not usually one to write negative reviews because businesses have off days. This business has consistently given me the run around on follow through, and calling back. I’ve never even got to the service I was inquiring about.
Over the last two weeks I have contacted this franchise of Pinch a Penny talked to staff, and had one pool inspection. After initial call for appointment and to find out when the tech would be out to property the communication or lack thereof got worse. I had to call to find out the cost of the service I wanted after the pool inspection. No follow through. Called to schedule my appointment for service after call to inquire about cost… still waiting never heard back from the company. Keep in mind this is the New Port Richey location ridge location.
It doesn’t make sense to beg a company to clean my pool. They may not be accepting new customers(if that is the case)the info would be appreciated upfront, instead of waiting.

They followed up and apologized for communication issue, after that call things went smoothly and easily. They deserve the good review they earned it, the quality and expertise was there..
- Now I can add names because Taylor and the crew were amazing. He worked with this “swamp thing pool”to get it back to crystal clear perfection. This was a serious job, the pool needed some tlc but Pinch a Penny came out for a week and got it done.

Taylor goes above and beyond to meet the needs of his customers. I called to request a quote after our pool pump failed. He did not upsell me, gave me his recommendations and offered a good price with the Pinch A Penny sale. He installed it for us the following day. He always responds to emails and calls, and it is rare these days to work with someone who has such high work ethics. I assume he is the owner of the shop, but he will not do a subpar job because it is a well-established business. He is a hardworking young man with a great smile.
