Yes it is cluttered but that is because they have so much product. They need a place the size of Petco because they have more inventory then Petco. I don't know about the rude employees, because I was treated fine. I have lived here 20 years and have never been in before because from the road it looks like a little whole in the wall. It is much larger than I thought. I have aways shopped at Petco or PetSmart because they are the big boys. But I had a major problem with my aquarium and lost all of my fish and went to Petco and PetSmart for some answers and got them. Both the employees that helped me in both stores told me to come here because this is the only place they go for fish and supplies. I am a believer. This is also the only place I will come from now on.

They made us feel so comfortable and even sent updates while we were away. Everyone was great, especially Troy. He truly went above and beyond. We also had him groomed and he looks amazing! 11720 US-19, Port RicheyJust FYI, If you have the first appointment, don't make the mistake we did and show up 5 mins til 9. Being our first visit here, we thought we were at the wrong place because the door was locked. They didn't open the doors until exactly 9, so now we were not seen until 9:30 because somebody without an appointment jumped in front of us. No big deal, just beware. Also, appointments are far out and it doesn't seem like they call you as a fill in if someone cancels cause we waited 4 weeks to get seen thanks to back 2 back hurricanes.
Everyone was friendly, including desk reception and they were great with our bestie. Just keep in mind, it's a vet, so nothing is cheap but that's ANY vet but awesome care.

I’ve traveled internationally and just moved here from DC a few weeks ago and when i mean this food is amazing, im not joking. Some of the nicest people I’ve ever met and since I’ve been here, I’ve ordered from them at LEAST twice a week. I can go other places but why? This place deserves 10 stars. The quesadilla are juicy cheesy and LOADED. The BBQ bacon burger? 10 out of 10. Thank you so much. Please give them a visit. You’ll leave with a smile.

The food was amazing I highly recommend the Crawfish dip it was absolutely delicious!! I actually had to take an order to go as well. It was also my first time having oysters and they were absolutely delicious although I was extremely apprehensive because oysters in general just look anything but appetizing. I can say I was pleasantly surprised and definitely give this restaurant five stars. I will be coming there again anytime I come back to this area.
