Isaac and Jeramy from Pasco window and Door installed my new impact window glass today! They were efficient, courteous, polite, and friendly. They did a great job of removing the old glass and cleaning up. Isaac was also was the first contact when he measured on March 11. Very nice young man. The wait was as promised and today April 2 I can see out the window again!

I had Jeremy and Isaac at my home to replace the rollers on my sliding glass doors and provide an estimate on additional work. Both were highly professional and very informative. The old rollers were quite rusted and both worked diligently to remove, clean the base of the door and replace both the gasket trim and the rollers. I would highly recommend this company and these gentlemen!

I cannot express how thrilled I am with something so simple as a sliding glass door that opens and new sliding screen! A huge thank you to Isaac and Jeremy who went above and beyond to make sure everything worked just perfectly for me. Like really beyond!!! And for anyone who is wondering, Pasco Window and Door prices were better than all other companies I checked.

Isaac and Kevin were the two technicians that fixed my sliding glass doors to the patio. They were very professional and efficient. I really appreciated that they showed up on time. These doors have not worked in over a year, and now it takes me one finger to open them. REALLY GREAT WORK! THANK YOU!

I had a really good experience with Jeremy at Pasco windows and doors. He let me know which screens I could reuse and which screens needed to be replaced and was so kind as to put them up for me. He also replaced screens and vinyl windows in my Lanai and it's a beautiful job. I would recommend Jeremy for any of your window or door needs.

Was recommended by my kayaking buddy, & I'm so glad i found you all.Corey was especially helpful. We had several sunroom windows needing new vinyl. It took several days to complete the project.Evidently some panels weren't just right. When i returned, there was no explanation on my part needed.Corey graciously took the 2 frames and repaired them once again. No additional charges. i will be recommending them in the future.

I searched for a window company that would sell and install just 2 windows. I was happy to find this company because they would. I spoke with Steve. He said if I gave him the dimensions he would quote me a price without coming out. I did and he sent me a quote that I thought was fair. I was still in the process of getting a couple more quotes but after a few days, I told Steve I would go with his company. That was on a Saturday and he said he would get back with me in the beginning of the week. On Wednesday I contacted him and said I wanted to get this process started. Apparently he went to my property and measured without my knowledge, which was fine and he said my measurements were “spot on”. He also quoted me a $1,430 higher quote to do the job. After I told him I was shocked he said he could drop the price $300 and that was all he could do. I can’t trust a company that sends a quote then doesn’t stand behind it. It’s not my fault I was misquoted…
