we bought a high end patio set and within 6 years the cushions went flat.found out the cushions were not of the same quality of furniture. Cheap cushions until you try to replace. Then found out what store salesman was really like...careful everyone

Had an amazing shopping experience at Pasco Patio. Jeff was very knowledgeable and helpful in making a quality decision. We wanted something that we wouldn't have to replace for twenty years and something that will hold up in the Florida sun. After looking for months, we settled on the plastic wood look. Pasco Patio has the best quality product for this style in the area for sure and at the same price as the lesser quality products around. Being in a wheelchair, I had Jeff running all over the store bringing samples and measuring things. He hung in like a champ and answered every question until we were satisfied we were making a wise decision! Thank you so much for making me feel welcome!

I cant say enough good about this business. I was at the store for an hour or more working with Jeff the owner trying to decide which wicker set I wanted to go with. He spent a great deal of time with me showing me the different sets, my fabric options, as well as other non-wicker sets. I decided on 2 chairs and an end table of a light grey set called Grand Palm. I decided on that set as they offered high back chairs. I was so excited to find out my furniture arrived within a week. Now I have to decide if I want to order one more high back chair. The quality of the furniture is exceptional. I could not be more pleased with my purchase. Jeff was there to assist and advise on the different sets and I never felt like he was pressuring me to make a purchase.Excellent service!!

Overpriced, period! The delivery person, who also happen to fix the chair was rude and high as can be. He will never step foot in our community ever again. You need to research all of the people you employ.

Excellent customer service! Had one of our patio chairs lose a rivet and Jeff got the replacement (under warranty) much quicker than expected. Would HIGHLY recommend Jeff and Pasco Patio!

I had the best experience buying outdoor furniture at Pasco Patio. Jeff Kochinski theSalesman took great time and patience helpingme make to best choices of furniture for the amount of money I wanted to send. He was true to his word on delivering the furniture and a very pleasant guy to work with.I have furniture even now my wife and I have been waiting for 7 months on and when it came time for it to be delivered they told me another6 months. That was 3 weeks ago. Thanks God for his honesty, it’s good to know we still haveFolks like him.

Associate was very arrogant. We were trying to see how long it would take to get a set, and how much it would cost. we found one already and we were just shopping around to compare prices. The Associated was very rude and was trying to argue with us about where we were getting the other set. That is not a good way to run a business.
