I went to purchase an ink cartridge for my computer. After arriving at the store, another customer came in also looking for an ink cartridge. She retrieved hers in less time than it took for me to find mine. By the time I was ready to check out with my purchase, the other customer was at the register. I was behind her, and a third customer was behind me with a case of paper in a shopping cart.
The cashier asked the woman in front of me if she was a rewards member. The woman replied that she wasn't. The cashier offered to sign her up and the customer proceeded to give the cashier her life story. Meanwhile after several minutes I stepped out of line to put back my intended purchase. The customer behind me also abandoned his purchase. There were no other customers or visible associates in the store and the cashier didn't bother to call another associate to take care of myself and the third while she was signing up the woman in front of me for their rewards program.
I had to go home, buy my ink cartridge online and then return to the store to pick it up using curbside pickup. It was a waste of time and involved making TWO trips to the same store! I'm definitely going to use Staples next time, even though it's considerably out of my way. The Office Depot staff need to get their act together. Next time, when you know you're going to be a while signing someone up for your rewards program while you have others in line waiting, call another associate to take care of the other customers!

The customer service at this location is terrible. I went to the printing department and when I needed help, the employee, who never even acknowledged me, didn’t want to help me, he told me to just follow the directions. This is the second time I experienced this and it was the same employee

I came in for ink and Nancy immediately greeted me and assisted me with what I needed and went above and beyond with her customer service. She is a gem and a sweetheart.

I just had a wonderful experience here at the mail/copy/print section of the store. I was waited on Tim and a lovely lady that I didn't catch her name, sorry. Upon approaching the counter I told Tim I was extremely embarrassed and started apologizing for my lack of knowledge on how to accomplish my task. He immediately responded by saying exactly what my issue was and didn't make me feel like an imbecile. He said that I wasn't the first this morning, wouldn't be the last, my problem was quite common. Sure enough customers behind me were in the same boat. He put us all at ease . Now I know why my son loves this location, these two people are awesome. Went in stressed, left laughing.
UPDATE: June 6, 2024 Just had the worst experience here. It went from one extreme to the other. Made another trip today and the place is apparently not run well without Tim. A man named Taso should not be working in a spot (printing) if he doesn't know how to do it. The man literally walked away from me when I was having a problem with me not getting a confirmation email from OP. Instead of trying to figure out what to do, he walked away. I had to call him back and request for someone else at least twice. There was another customer in the store that saw the latter half of what I was going through, he took couldn't believe it. Got today's manager who wasn't Tim, I told him how I was treated, suggested he watch their store video. He too acted like he couldn't give a damn and just said something to the effect that he'll go over training with him again. This store isn't worth going to unless Tim is here. I won't be coming back unless I'm desperate.

I called the print section prior to going to the store explaining my needs and was told yes no problem we can help you . Upon arrival they had 2 customers so I waited for about 15 minutes without any acknowledgement, then 2 customers came up to the counter and the employee that I was waiting for helped that customer at the counter while I was waiting by the printers, I was shocked that he toataly ignored me! Luckily another employee told him that I’ve been waiting for help earlier, he finally came over with an attitude all over his face and leaned on the table that was behind me and crossed his arms giving me instructions very reluctant. I will never go back to this store if my life depends on it. Lousy customer service !!

I think this store is great! They have always taken care of my immediate needs from finding an unusual paper to helping me out with printing when our machines were down! Always friendly and helpful.

A bit pricey, but overall, Office Depot has what you need.
One of the few office supply stores still around in this area, this store offers a well stocked and cleaned store front.
Large wallet parking lot, but does not have any parking (that’s a fire lane).
This location still offers curbside pick up and order ahead.

Whoever was working in the front of the store today, a younger man, was very nice. However, the older man at the printing station couldn’t even be bothered to utter a word to me to explain anything when I said I needed to use their services. He was only able to point to a sign because he was busy shoving candy in his mouth. Since he couldn’t verbalize anything I had to leave and take business elsewhere. Extremely rude & disappointing.

Tammy in the printing department is amazing, I needed fires made for a competition I’m doing and she was so upbeat and cherry. I loved my experience with her and she made me amazing flyers. Thank you.

Worst customer service . I've ever experienced I will not be going back to this store again..made me wonder if it was my race..I'm very disappointed.
