well one of the best stores in the area and here that always help me out with my phone I got me a new phone to transfer my contacts my pictures. Help me out to transfer my email. .

I do not recommend this store, the worker who assisted me apparently did not have much desire to work and treated me very poorly and even made me a fraudulent transaction, really disappointing….

There is a gentleman their my mother came in there yesterday to purchase a new phone and to transfer everything over to her other phone and the guy that was waiting on her was very rude disrespectful criticizing her and every witch way to he did not help her whatsoever I don't know if it's cuz she was older and she had promised understanding but he was not patient whatsoever with her and I was very unsatisfied I am not happy with the outcome when I send my family member up there to get their phone fixed and this is not the first time that this has happened at this location

Never in my 68 years of time on this planet have I been treated so badly as a customer #1.had to wait an addition with me because he was 45 mins late then told me that " manager" had things to get before he got there " yeah like maybe get up 45 minutes earlier or will be right back sign ..Was nothing but rude for my entire experience and then refused to give me a receipt for my payment... manager, ha, this guy couldn't manage a conversation with the pope moe needs to go I was also quite surprised at the # of people who knew exactly who I was talking about...btw your competitor from a different company finished turning the phone on without any problems ( and also knew of moe" huh wonder where I'll get my next phone definitely won't be from someone where costumer service is non existent
