What a horrible store there was another store right off of 19 and 52 I suggest you go there. I was lied to and told that all metropcs's will not take payments unless the owner of the account is there. Sandra if that was her name after going to the other store and making the payment easily. Told me that that was a shady store that I went to and they're not following corporate policies. Super rude employee at this one. Wonderful friendly people at the other one right down the road. I guess she was too busy trying to sell a phone and didn't want to take care of the other customers.

Karla was absolutely amazing I came in there to do something basic she helped we switch over to T-Mobile I didn't want to go but she insisted that I was going to get a great deal. If they are lying I promise to come back. Her customer service was absolutely amazing. Love her almost wanna stay but I will definitely be telling people to come to her store she is absolutely amazing

The new girl Karla was absolutely amazing. Helped me switch over my info from old device to the new one and she didn't even sell me the phone . The other small girl was dismissive sold me the phone and told me to figure it out. I'm so happy she back. Please keep her there this time and give her a raise. Love you MS fines .

I was sooo happy to see that one of the best Metro girl was back. I just want to start by saying Ms Karla I'm so happy you're back. There is really nobody that comes close to your customer service. Absolutely amazing. You guys need to keep her this time around. She mentioned it was her 3rd day back and already knew all her promotions. I found it funny she was helping out the manager. She should run the place. You guys should have seen her taking care of three customers at a time. Everyone laughing and having a good time. Thanks for helping me with my phone. I promise to don't back and get a new one once I get paid and that table. I hope you see this you are awesome...

Very unpleased with the customer service from Silvia she messed my whole account up with the plans had to come back and have another women who was nice enough to fix it honestly she was on the phone the whole time speaking Spanish couldn’t understand her at all unprofessional won’t be back when she’s here

The employees are great. The owner sells your information to telemarketers. Ever since I gave them my id, I have received non stop spam calls and text from people with the information from my id. No where else is this number associated with me at all. Complete garbage, Do not shop here.

Unprofessional will not help with cancelling your service they tell you to customer service but 611 tells you to go in store but they refuse to help you bc they don’t want any cancellation on them .

Went to the store and Sarah needs to be the manager she was super helpful and nice. She was very knowledgeable and willing to help us with our phone service all the way to the end. SARAH IS THE BEST. WISH I COULD GIVE HER MORE STARS.

Metro used to be the best this past it is in the toilet people that work there don't know what the hell they're screwed up more than one of my phones I change my service to T-Mobile and yes they are the mothership 2 Metro but I wouldn't go into Metro store again ever not after the last five experiences I say thumbs down ?
