I have left several messages during tax season. I called and spoke to your children many times never can I get a call back? I don’t know what’s going on. I can’t get a hold of no one. I have left emails. I have left voicemails and I have left messages with your children, I need somebody to give me a call as soon as possible. I left you a message today. You have all of my tax papers all my tax information everything from my business. I need a call back as soon as possible.

Had my taxes completed yesterday with Melissa. This was my 2nd time at this office as I'm still new to Florida. Melissa has given me some great advice last year and wow it paid off! I getting a nice return, which I hadn't I'm a very long time. So thank you Melissa, I will see you next year!

I love this place, and I will never forget the first time I came to liberty. I did my taxes on turbo tax, and I got like almost nothing back and was confused because I knew claiming my kids would make my amount go up, but it didn't! So when I went with my sister to get hers done, I talked to Melissa H, and she told me to bring in all my W2s and she would get me more because what I got was not right for me! That year (2013), she got me more than the previous year (2012), and I got an awesome return that year also!! This all happened back in 2013, and I've been going there ever since!! I will continue to go through them for as long as they stay running this liberty in Port Richey FL!! I try to recommend everyone I know to go there because they are amazing people there and will help you out if you have no clue what you're doing like I did! I want to say thank you for making taxes not so horrible!! I will continue to suggest people I know go through your place! I will be a customer for life! Thank you again for always helping me and making me feel right at home when I come there!

What an amazing establishment. Melissa Holstein is professional, understanding and knowledgeable!
