“I recently visited the Zales store located at Gulfview Square Mall in Port Richey, FL. I needed to have 2 diamond pendants checked for their warranty. I was assisted by Adrian, who looked to make sure all the prongs were secured and then took them to get them cleaned. In the meantime, I struck up a conversation with the other sales rep, Alexandra. She was a pleasure to speak with. I was impressed with these two young individuals who made me feel welcomed. This was my first time seeing either one of them and have been coming to this location for around 3 or so years after relocating from Pinellas County. They were both such a delight, but foremost very professional. Thank you both.”
