Highly suggest nobody by the 2014 tan Chevy Cruz that they have on their lot. I recently returned it due to the fact that I had multiple issues since the day I have bought it broke down on me several times with my children had multiple mechanics look at it.

I’ve only had my 2011 Chevy equinox about three 2months. I’ve had to have the plugs and wires down the fuel pump done Now it’s broke down again they can’t get me until next week constantly having engine lights come on mechanic told me that there’s been a wire that’s been aftermarket tampered with and installed so I believe they knew that this car had issues costing me $108 to have it towed there and the company I had to come tow it has had to tow several cars back to Byrider

I would recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone who will listen… they have been patient and helpful thru the entire process… shout out to ms Melinda Chris and Carrie for everything they did…. Wonderful staff 100 stars!!!!!
The sales staff is FANTASTIC!!!! Having said that I have never in my life dealt with a service staff as awful as this one I’ve had my car for ONLY 2 months and the check engine light has came on twice.. first time I called and they made me wait a week then I had the codes read at auto zone.. the day before my appointment my light went off I brought the car in for the appointment explained that the light was off and gave then the paperwork from auto zone ( which was dated for two days prior to the appointment) they said there was nothing they could do because the light was off I brought it on today and asked if someone could look at and the women was rude and unwilling to work with me just kept telling me there was nothing she could do.. I have a 5 year old that I transport in this car and now I have to worry if my car is even safe to drive… ZERO STARS
