I was having a hard time finding a truck but ziad was able to help me get one. I am very happy and thankful for everything Ziad did for me and how easy he made the process with my purchase of my f150! Will definitely be going back in the future for another purchase. I highly recomend going here for a car or truck!

One of the biggest regrets in my life was coming to jades ,complete con artist with no morals and won’t work with you, they’ll scam you with any chance they can get To Upcharge or bind you legally to a vehicle That should be deemed as scrap, not even 10 minutes after leaving the dealership, my pedal gets stuck to the floor on 19 which means I just keep accelerating (very dangerous) so I tried to take it back and they said why would I help you? You already gave me the money this isn’t how business works hadn’t even been a day. Not to mention the 16 other codes, the truck had when I went to go check it out Because of the time of purchase Todome was not working, and there was no check engine light, I don’t believe they follow any other laws or regulations to sell cars I need to pay nine grand for something that was possibly 2 after it got totaled because of a car accident that resulted from this stated issue so obviously, I’m not gonna pay for something. That’s such a piece of junk and now I’m left with a repo on my credit report. (so to recap, he practically almost killed me, knowing that this vehicle had this issue allowing me to leave his lot) Then trying to make me feel bad about coming back like like I was crazy for wanting my money back when it wasn’t even a whole day before I realized this was a very big mistake . Upon doing more further research, looking at others reviews, a lot of people have issues Their vehicles, being overpriced and check and the lights occurring once they leave the lot and Aside from all the money I put into this truck. It could have literally ended my life and the owner laughs it off that’s why I’m writing here.

Biggest scam, bought a 2000 jaguar xj8, deamed to be a good reliable car, got home and check engine light came on, tons of issues and oil leaking, asked for some type of compensation for the issues, and got completly ignored, i bought a $9000 car worth $1500, shouldve went to a diffrent dealer, i felt pressured into buying it. I am so fustrated with this, ive spent over a 2k in fixing it, (he said he had a service technician that checks the cars before they go out, but they dont check underneath the car????) Im so pissed ive been lied too.

If you want a great experience buying a used car I 100% recommend going to Jade's Auto sales in Port Richey, my salesman was Andrew Hollingsworth he was great to work with he was pleasant to speak with, he was kind and patient! The owner Zaid was also a wonderful man to work with and patient and kind as well they seem to be very honest and like the old school ways and ending our sale with handshakes and smiles! I bought a 2012 Dodge Grand caravan and I'm completely happy with my purchase it was clean and very comfortable! Thank you guys for all your help I will definitely be referring all my friends and family to your sales dealership!

I would have loved to get a car here, but when we showed up he was instantly trying to upsell after we said we had a firm price. Then he proceeded to insult my husband for not wanting to have a car with a complicated composition so repairs would be easier. I am extremely disappointed with this experience, as there are such good reviews. Do better.
