I have spent the past couple days emailing, inquiring via their website, and responding to their offer up advertisements with interest in a vehicle and have yet to recieve any sort of response. But now looking through these reviews it seems almost every negative review is about the exact same issue. That's pretty bad business when your job is to sell cars and you don't bother responding to potential buyers in a timely manner. Any other dealer I've dealt with has a salesmen in my inbox and calling my phone within an hour of my inquiries ready to get me in a car.

I bought the 2007 BMW 328i From Jacks Auto about a month ago. I can confidently say I would recommended Jack 100%. We work on opposite schedules and Jack has been patient and polite throughout the whole experience; He was transparent about the car and more than fair with the price. Can’t thank you enough Jack!

Keep looking!! Purchased a car from Jack. He was very nice during the sale. After spending 900.00 to fix horn, and oil pressure light, car died about a month late. I called Jack to tell him that the warranty covered nothing. I was called " An Asshole customer" by him. I would not recommend this business to anyone!!! I struggled to give him one star, can't post without at least 1 star!

Go there to look at a car during posted business hours.... no one there called... no one picks up.. leave a message no one returns the call. Go back during posted business hours... again no one there door locked etc. No one answered the phone again.. and still no return call.. apparently they aren't in the auto dealing business I'm thinking a shell company just to make it look good and really doing other things ...

Sold me a complete lemon. Transmission started slipping the day after I bought the car. The warranty I got with the car was useless. The leather on the doors must've been glued on cause they peeled off after a couple months. Same with the headliner. In 1 year I had to put in a new battery, alternator, have the ac fixed, brakes, and multiple electronic fixes and scheduled maintenance. So after paying $5,250 for the car I had to put a few grand in to it just for the Transmission to fail. I got 16 months out of it.

So excited. Thanks to Jacks Auto I am finally able to get the Nissan Rogue I’ve wanted for years. I didn’t know what to expect pulling in today. I had my current car to offer as a trade and not much else. I was treated with respect , was not pressured, and to my amazement was actually able to purchase my dream car. I take it home tomorrow and I’m so grateful to Jacks Auto for working with me to achieve this. Thank you!!
