I’ve honestly never seen customer service like this. Not only is GTR automotive LLC honest, timely, and knowledgeable, they’re affordable and they care. I would recommend these guys over the any automotive place around.

I have a used Chevy Sonic and went in with a couple of issues. The guys diagnosed the problems and repaired them. They're knowledgeable, honest, and they explained everything in detail. The price was very fair as well. I'll definitely go back there again.

I have used GTR for many years on many different vehicles. They are consistently thorough in their diagnosis, do top quality work and stand behind all repairs and service items, warranties included. They keep excellent records and DO NOT perform unnecessary repairs, they operate with Integrity and are very courteous. Try them out, you won't be disappointed.

This is one of the most honest mechanic shops you will find. Went in there for service, they told me what I needed and gave me options. No pressure at all. I went with their professional opinion and haven't had any issues. Will definitely continue to come here for my future vehicle needs and recommend others to come here also.

I am definitely happy I chose this shop to bring my car to. Tim and his brother are awesome guys. I have an old car that needed a lot of work on a pretty tight budget. They could easily have taken advantage of me by adding on things I didn't really need but instead they broke it all down for me, told me what I needed to do right away and made it easy for me every step of the way. I really appreciate these guys and would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of a good mechanic.

Did what they said they would do, in the time frame they said they would do it, at the rate they said they would do it for. Good guys who kept their word and did the job. No problems with their work. Couldn't ask for anything more!
