The entire team over at coast treated me like family from start to finish. Kevin my sales guy was awesome and went above and beyond, Mr Shelton was very accommodating and truly made sure I was happy while purchasing my dream truck before and after. Any questions or issues I’ve had have been immediately addressed by them as a team and made sure myself as a customer was happy. Ms. Catherine Metzkes is a true professional and super women. She’s been a pleasure to work with while getting parts or having anything I needed checked or rechecked. She’s truly one of one. Mr Bill Hill also was very helpful and made sure I was happy with everything before I left. Can’t forget about Sean in parts he helped get me the correct extras I wanted lol Thank you to the entire team for helping get this done.

We had been in for an oil change on Tuesday. We had talked to Darren about Car Max. Was this a good idea or were we better to sell outright. He gave us his honest opinion.
Very friendly and listened to every question we had. We have been looking around but never received the personal service that Darren offered. We like to upgrade our car every two to three years. Now if you want the best service ever contact Darren. You will not regret it.

Your acquisition of Autonation and its clients, was not smooth. In fact, you ignored existing Autonation customer's purchase agreements, including active Service agreements and promises made by service managers; that were made prior to completion of acquisition. Lack of communication with Autonation customers awaiting service, was non-existent. Was repair done, yes. Was repair completed in line with, pre-agreed pricing and timelines, no.

Was denied a first responder voucher provided by GMC despite being a first responder in accordance with their promotion. Honestly disgusted. This will be escalated to GMC corporate for discrimination.

Darren Francisco and Coby got me into my brand new Buick Envista!! They answered all my questions and were very informative through the entire process. I was only at the dealership for 1 hour and finished everything. Can’t wait to put a lift kit on this bad boy and take it off roading with Coby! ?

I just purchased a lefted 2021 GMC Serria AT4 3 weeks ago and it's been in the shop 4 times already. Twice for the check engine light and tail light. They certified the truck but not the lift because it was an after market lift, so I paid for the extended warranty. I'm still waiting to hear back about the tail light issue. I traded in my 2016 Dodge RAM and it sold in 2 days, go figure . The AT4 was my and still one of my dream trucks, but I should have kept my RAM. Make it right CODY & NICK!

I found coolant fluid on my garage floor, & called my advisor Travis immediately. He said to have it towed to the dealership. When the car arrived, he had my technician Nate take it in. They replaced the water pump. I am always happy with the way I am treated by everyone there..
