You could add another drive through lane and hire more employees to meet the backlog demand. Also, your virtual assistant chat is utterly worthless. This is what you waste money on? Every time I get notified that my prescriptions are ready, a very large man always holds back the one that I am in dire need of. I go home and find it missing. When I ask the man about it, he denies that he has it. I am sick to death of this game and I am just about to call the Department of Pharmacy to put an end to it! This is my health he is screwing with and I am done with this.

Great service at the pharmacy, BUT the store manager needs to pay attention to ALL of the details in how clean and organized the store is. Clean your carpets regularly (yuck), and put items on shelves instead of random stands and clutter all over the Rx counters.

No one ever seems to be up front at the register or anywhere for that matter. Funny because they arnt hiring people that are putting applications in either. If you need to steal from somewhere to survive this is an amazing target. Load up your kart and walk out hassle free.

I went to the CVS on 4/26/24 @11938 US HWY 19 in Port Richey Florida. Rose ? one of the employees was so nice and helpful. I saved so much money $ between the coupons from the mail, my Gmail and store generated coupons! Thank you, ☺️ Kathy V.

This CVS is wonderful. I get some prescriptions filled here and they are speedy and friendly. The store inside is so clean and well organized. They have coupons that come out on your receipts to help save you money. They have sales on a lot of items very often. I love to shop there or just go through RX drive thru. The cashiers are friendly and helpful. Great job CVS!
