Long wait times while waiting for help at the pharmacy drive thru or at the inside counter. They're not respectful. Rude and don't acknowledge that you're in front of them wanting help. Most of the employees are not nice. But I have found that at every CVS I have been to in my area about the review I'm leaving.

after 5 hours, I went to get my wife's prescription only to be told the insurance would not cover it and was sent back to the doctor. then I was told I could pay for it and I asked how much it would be. took the pharmacist over 5 minutes to find the price but once I said I would pay it took less than 2 minutes to get the prescription. it was too late to call the doctor or contact the insurance as it was needed withing the hour and it was already after 5 pm. the pharmacy could have called way earlier to let me know and get it straightened out. very incompatent. hope Walgreens or some other place is better than these.

I've been going to this CVS for many years & absolutely recommend this location!! All the employees are excellent from the front of the store to the pharmacy!!! Special shout out to Mindy & Jen & Bill front of the store & special shout out to Mr Patel & James in the Pharmacy!,

The pharmacist is awesome. .very friendly and helpful and the other people in pharmacy are very nice..store manager is very nice..a real sweetheart. ..

Went into the CVS at 8:30 in the evening to do some photos. Were treated very rudely by the manager and the associate. All they were concerned with was getting out of there at 9. Not interested in helping at all. Will never come back to this CVS.
