  Refuses to take payment over the phone when i have non of my info. offered to give me the info tho.. Your customer relations are awful. Im willing to pay the fee for paying on the phone. Lazy people very lazy.

  I have been paying my bills online for years and now it is telling me cannot find my account. I called their customer service and it was horrible . I told the woman I was putting in my account number and customer number and it could not find me. She then suggested I go in and make a one time payment. Very rude how about... read full comment
