I have been subcontracted by Biglots & Neotech to service T-Mobile Back Up Internet both on April 5th & today April 18th I have been greeted by an extremely rude ASM Meredith who insists on raising her voice & be extremely unprofessional recording me & taking pictures
I am sure she would not like the same done to her while she is trying to do her job as when I was trying to do my job
There was no need for the lack of respect & Hostility
Consent was never given to be recorded

Mark in the Furniture section was an excellent employee,my husband and I laughed so much with him. He was very perfessional and very helpful. He is definitely an asset to the company, will definitely consider Big lots again due to this employee.

Good selection and staff. Overall shipping experience was pleasant and quick. They had everything I needed for last minute supplies for Christmas. Nice selection of wrapping papers and bags .They also have a good selection of pantry goods and home goods. The store was clean and the deals available are plenty.
