“I spent two days at Bank of America at Bayonet Point trying to get their endorsement on an insurance check that was written to both of us from FEMA because of a pre-existing home equity loan and lien that had been closed in October. This is December. They insisted that the loan department had to approve the endorsement. When we finally got through, Loans said of course they didn’t have to approve the endorsement since there is no loan and there is no lien. The assistant bank manager still insisted that the check was tied to a loan and insisted she still could not endorse due to liability. I came to this branch at embassy and in two minutes the manager looked at the check, looked at the satisfaction of mortgage, looked at my account and confirmed everything was clear, and endorsed it so I could pay my contractor. Thank goodness the manager at this bank knew what she was doing. If I hadn’t found this smart branch manager I would have had to contact FEMA and have them cut a new check, and who knows how long that would’ve taken, probably another 60 days or so. A longer drive for me but definitely this is my new branch!”
“Opened a account here spoke to Kyle l brown was very nice guy I will update this after 3months to 6months I like to give this bank a try as it's close to where I live and offers things my credit union does not offer I am useing this bank mostly as extra savings and for safety deposit box and foreign currency and for trips overseas posting as of 3/5/19 will update in 3 to 6 months when I open a safety deposit box and see how well they treat me as a customer .”
