“All car dealerships have their scam deals with nitro air and protection packages and so on. They want to beef up their revenue. A typical term is "we recommend" however, in the end, you only need to follow the manufactures service booklet. Yet, forgetting about all of those issues, I do have to admit, the service department of this dealership in Port Richey is absolutely top notch. And because of this, I would drive from Largo to Port Richey for all of my service on my Subaru Ascent. I could have returned to a local Subaru dealership in St. Pete. They proved to me on more than one occasion they could be trust worthy and I never had one issue with my vehicle after having them conduct the regular maintenance. After every visit, I felt secure in knowing I would not have any trouble with my Ascent. And, I did not! The other important issue I noticed was the Service Department employees appeared very happy in their positions. Lots of smiles, sharing information and so on. And when they approach you, in the waiting area, they are friendly and professional at all times. While I am not a fan of Lokey's other dealerships (Nissan and VW) in Clearwater, I have to give a big shout out for the Subaru dealer in Port Richey.”

“Had some small rust area on bottom of doors fixed, paint match was good, but 6 months later rust bubble returned, paid $1500 should last longer than that...Revisted with Mark on this issue, misunderstanding on both our parts. “Just perchaced a battery . did not offer to remove old one. I asked why was so much than quoted over phone .said oh we will remove core charge for old battery I'm like ok.. He ancers do u need some tools ...wow . then I seen sparks coming from old one said ? play safe wait till I get home remove with save tools and hubby. Mabey we could charge it let me ask.. Go back in and said do u charge bateries btw. He said can't get credit for core unless at purchace. Then srugged his shoulders looked Confused? I ended up paying he did not bring battery out for me. It had no handle, I'm like where's the handle? It don't have one I'll get you a dollie he said . he gave me a flyer thought it had my receipt on it.. I placed battery in my car returned cart.. I then Drove off.. Had to turn my car back my receipt missing? Walk in... It was still in register this guy was a dope and just inconsiderate I definitely don't expect to be doted on but not very good customer service.. Jimmy not a gentleman. And reason I went was because of great reviews... (Went for price difference Got rid of old workers ?. Nice young man helped me today AC is cold again ty kid.”

“Stopped in for an oil change and tire rotation on my Super Duty.. You guy's mailed me a coupon. Couldn't pass that savings up. Matthew was the service writer. 1st I meet him super nice guy. Have to come back to get the tires rotated. Wasn't able to do it when they were doing the oil change. A situation with the lift and all of the other lifts had truck's on it. So Matthew apologized for the inconvenience and said to stop back and they'll do it and won't be charged for it.”

It took a few weeks but the work was done right and the AC in my little truck is back on the job in time for the summer heat. “Jay did an outstanding job. He repaired the headliner on our 2009 Honda Civic. Headliner material is identical to the factory headliner which had completely come down.
