“Great experience and prices. I got a great deal on a loveseat and couch reclining combo plus a fridge. When they hit a snag with the delivery service they still made it happen by renting a u-haul to deliver it themselves and on time. Outstanding customer service. The manager was very accommodating and professional ?. The gentleman that delivered my furniture were very professional and amazing with my 3 year old that couldn't help but get in the way. Great job guys and I'll see you soon for a dishwasher and range.”

“The service is excellent, and its nice doing business with local smaller businesses. My salesman, Reuben, was extremely helpful to me with Maytag microwave settings, which are not easy to understand. Believe me! If I know of anyone wanting to purchase an appliance, I will refer them to Reuben at Famous Tate, but stay away from the Maytag microwave. You need to take a course in the operation of this machine. ‍”

He asked if I needed anything when he saw me walking around and Handled the problem of a 2 inch thick X 3ft piece I was wanting to find & Cut here . He said " Yeah No Problem, I can do that .... Mean while when I 1st arrived noone asked me for help & when I saw 2 Employees chatting with each other I asked if they could cut a piece a wood as described and they said No. So luckily I bumped into Dustin Before Leaving empty handed . “I have been going to Best buy since the 1990s I always turn to them for my advanced technical needs and technical equipment. They back everything they own with the geek squad which is the brightest idea I've ever heard of any store. Yeah and the prices are good too”

“I recently went into the store just to look at sofas. Was greeted by a gentleman named Thomas. This guy was awesome! He was very helpful greeted us as soon as we walked in but the best part is he wasn't pushy at all. He let us look around and would check in from time to time answered all of our questions and was honest cause when he didn't know he said he didn't know but will find out your answer. We didn't buy anything that night but ended up coming in the next day to buy it. It was his day off but he still came in to help us finalize everything! If that's not dedication then I don't know what is. Ended up buying a living room set and a end table. Even the mangers that we dealt with were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and were very honest about things and didn't try just to sell me something. Thomas was a amazing sales person and highly recommend going to see him for any of your furniture needs!”
