I really like the coffee ,I am glad they brought back the coffee already made and hot ready to pour. And the coffee tastes the same at every 7-11, no matter where you get it ,even in different states .

The two employees on the overnight shift were saying I couldn't shop at their store lying about their system being down but yet they let other customers shop there. In their language they were making fun of me calling me names under their breath

Either the managers don't know how to order their stock or their warehouses don't care if they have merchandise or not never always have what you want

Went to go grab a muffin and a donut for my nana and before I even opened the case I saw 2 German cockroaches crawling on the blueberry and chocolate muffins. I told the cashier about it and he just shrugged..like whaaatt lol it sucks because that case was full of baked goods.

I stopped here to get a snack and use the restroom. Restrooms were filthy. Long hair in the women's restroom sink. Sink looked like it had never been cleaned. Saw inside the men's which also had a filthy sink and had no toilet paper. Alerted an employee to the lack of toilet paper and the person did address that immediately. But both restrooms need a deep cleaning.Very busy; cashiers were polite and efficient, though one was wearing an earbud.They have fresh baked specialty pastries daily, which looked good, but I did not try due to the lack of cleanliness in the store.

I do my shipping for my online business late night or early morning,across this 711 is where my night package drop is. It's convenient and never busy at that time so it works out perfect. The store is clean, well stocked, well lit up, and open 24 hours.
