Definitely a LAST choice for me... If I could give a negative star I would. Was the last bad review from a friend or family member of the mechanic they "let go" too? The poor guy that lost his $700 dollars & he left with nothing fixed? ? Please people... Save yourselves the trouble & go to a 5 star shop. Money is hard these days ?? Have a great day ?

Horrible experience, guy barely spoke to me told me my tranny wasn't leaking took it back a second time and brought it home within the same day it was leaking again!!!!Now it's still leaking and I'm out $700 there is no trustworthy mechanics in this area I can't believe this is happening to someone who has to scrape money together and trys everyday to be a good person and I get shafted I felt this way nessicary to leave this because he will take advantage of the next guy.Good luck.

This is absolutely the only place I will ever take any of my vehicles. Ray and his son are absolutely the best and have no interest in gouging me on a job. We've taken our new Lexus, my old '97 Jeep and every vehicle from now on.

They stand behind their work and my transmission works better than it did the day drove it out of the dealership. I've seen a couple of negative remarks, however MOST PEOPLE only submit negative reviews. Seem the satisfied customers just move on. People's nature is to complain not complement. My vehicle is a 2011 Edge that is known for transmission issues and they made it better than new. Ford had several TSBs on it, however the dealers just keep that to themselves. One has to research for themselves, that is how I found out.

Excellent shop! I received awesome service they got me in right away on a Friday morning. Showed me the problem, gave me options, and did not take advantage of me being a woman with no knowledge. When I worked in the plaza I dropped my car off and picked it up after my shift. the staff always took care of me. They are very helpful and fair priced. Highly recommend
