Just called about a common problem with my Galaxy S20. They were very knowledgeable and willing to help, but offered me a suggestion to possibly fix it before coming in. I did it and it worked. Honesty and integrity are undervalued in this day and age, but this display of customer relations deserves recognition and a high rating. I would encourage anyone with a phone issue (which is all of us at one time or another) to go to this store.Thank you!

“We Fix It Phone Repair” is THE place to come and get your device repaired or looked at. I was blown away at the speed and knowledge of the employees. I big shout out to Alec and Mash’al! I kid you not but it took them 10 seconds to fix my phone problem! And the best part is they didn’t even charge me since it was such a simple fix! That is the service customers are looking for! Quick and efficient! Even if I was charged for a simple fix I would of happily paid for the excellent service I received. If you’re searching for a device repair spot look no further than “We Fix it Phone Repair” ask for Alec or Mash’al. Staff members were incredibly knowledgeable about all the products, very fast service, great recommendations and they were amazingly accommodating. I will definitely be visiting the store again, as well as telling my friends and family they need to try out the store. I purchased the asurionhome+ insurance plan, it almost seems to good to be true! If you are a family with multiple different electronic products you should really check out this insurance coverage plan they offer - Thanks James!

I went to UBREAKIFIX yesterday for the first time and was happily, gratefully and thankful for the two technicians I dealt with. Rick and Evan were knowledgeable, patient, understanding and considerate to someone who is technically inept about computers, cell phones and anything else technical. These two techs are keepers! They saved me from going over the edge with my cell. Whoever hired these two good, intelligent men I say kudos to you. Again Rick and Evan THANK YOU!!!!!

My girlfriend took in an older iPhone to have a battery put in They had to order the battery which I understand When the battery came in it did not fix the phone So they gave her back her phone and told her there was nothing they could do I happen to have a phone same as

I stopped in for advice on how to deal with my 3 month old phone out of a frozen/locked out screen. The staff was very friendly, courteous and obviously helpful. The applied some magic-touch (code) or whatever and BINGO----I walked out with a fully functional phone back in operation-----THANK YOU !!!!!

I had my first experience with UBREAKIFIX yesterday. I had a scheduled appointment with no waiting. The technician Kale was knowledgeable, professional and polite. He had my issue resolved in less than 5 minutes. I will recommend this company without reservation. Came to find out that they are a national company with another location just up in Ormond Beach. So glad I found them. Hope they are in Missouri where I am moving!
