Worst company my family has had to deal with. Janice had taken over as the agent in charge of the home my parents were renting a few years ago and ever since then, working with them has been a nightmare. That woman is so unprofessional and rude. All she did was disrespect my parents. They would ask for things to be fixed and she would be rude about it. Always spoke to them with an attitude. After years of being at that house, she said “we are not renewing your lease and you have to be out”. I’m glad my parents no longer have to deal with this awful place and that horrible woman. Don’t use this place to rent a home!

Home owners BEWARE. I have never been so disappointed in a property management company. Let me share my nightmare.1. My agent quit. NO one ever called to inform me. I found out when I called the office looking for update.2. They had the wrong address on the contract.3. They did not put the shed, hot tub, garage remotes on the contract.4. They did not do any walk through check off sheet with the tenant.5. 2nd month in I am paying an attorney to EVICT the tenant they found. I paid $1,750.00 for them to find me a reliable tenant.I will never use their service again. When I spoke to the manager, she just wanted to speak over me while I was addressing all the mistakes. She acted as though it was no big deal at all. If I had not reviewed my contract they sent me. I would have a nightmare on my hands now that I am forced to evict the tenant.LANDLORD BEWARE........
