Michael handled the refinance with my family. He was very pushy and not clear on time lines. Some repairs needed to be done before things could proceed. When asking questions we got a round about answers. I know that if we ever decide to refinance again we will NOT go thru this company. I feel that Micheal could have handled our concerns and questions more professionally instead of being pushy and rude.

We just purchased a house through Waterstone Mortgage and was very happy with the whole process. Greg very helpful and easy to get ahold of, even though we were three hours away in a different time zone. He made the whole loan process easy. We have dealt with Joe Pilozzi of Waterstone Mortgage on more than one occasion. He has always been very helpful and knowledgeable when assisting us with our needs. Our last interaction was particularly critical as we were under a time crunch. Joe and his staff were able to make things happen so that we were able to meet our deadline. Joe has always been very professional in his approach but, most importantly, also very personable and made us feel that we were a friend as well as a client. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of Mortgage services.
